You guys gotta understand that when something like an injury happens right infront if everyone, it shakes the whole team up. Then one stunt falls and that when all stunts begin to fall. I bet 100% that they Can and have hit everything, but given the circumstances, it didn’t. Don’t be mean, guys. They put in blood sweat in tears so have a heart
Hi Karlita yeah I agree except you can’t be too forgiving. If they really want to be the best team they would’ve put that behind and hit their stunts if they knew they could do it
Hi Karlita they had horrible timing, technique, and were messing up before she got hurt. They obviously are not skilled enough to be doing the choreography given to them, they would have had a better shot if the choreographer was to maybe not make the routine so difficult and focus on the timing and precision. Because this made them look really bad I’d be embarrassed of that routine even if the girl didn’t get hurt!
I agree, people are being too harsh. Their nerves were probably high before and I totally understand that feeling. I think they did great given the circumstances.
As an ex-cheerleader & current cheer coach I think lots of these teams are choosing quantity over quality, do what you are 100% you can do with technique ... ive never in my life seen so many people in one comp not hit stunts/tumbling
I completely agree. And people need to understand that this is not hate. It’s Just noticing that they are trying to compete on a way higher level then they should be.
My personal thoughts on the first one as a cheerleader. They are trying WAY to hard to incorporate so many things it’s too much for them. I think it should’ve been best if they stuck to something less hard. They were really off count and when stunting the basses looked really mad at each other as if it’s only one persons fault. They walked so sloppy. I honestly would blame it on the coaches. I don’t know what their like but either they are too outgoing or too soft. It looks like they don’t have a good relationship with the team, they rushed in a routine and didn’t practice.
I completely agree and I’m not hating on them but they chose things that just are not their level. They were off counts before she got hurt so that’s not an excuse I get the stunts they were nervous but the tumbling pass was not it
My high school coach would constantly threaten that we would only do preps and super slow motions because being sharp and looking good is better than doing ugly hard stuff. I feel so bad for them because there is some serious talent on the team, the coaches just either don't know how to control them or they don't care about being sharp and clean. It's awful.
You need to incorporate those things for points if they did something to easy they would’ve still placed in the bottom because it’s not their skill level. They were off count because some people fell so they tried to get back up and messed the counts off. And you can’t blame it on the coaches they were probably shook enough up because one of their teammates had a injury they probably hit in practice more then once. You don’t know what happens behind the scenes nore what that team is going through.
Being a cheerleader currently (despite my profile pic for being a former hockey player lol) hitting stunts, jumps, etc is extremely hard. To have the endurance for it as well is also extremely difficult. The first team did an amazing job despite one of their own getting injured in the beginning. I give them so much credit for still being able to go through with their routine!
the first team was really hard to watch. I know how hard it can be to start your routine after an injury or a big mistake. I would've been crying my eyes out in the routine.
I did all star cheer and we had to compete with a flyer who rolled her ankle badly after getting out of a sponge. It was one of the worst routines of my life. I was her back spot during our elites and we hit our stunt but three other stunts fell throughout the routine. It really shakes you to the core when an injury happens like that
The forth school were AMAZING like wow their stunts were so technical and they hit nearly all of them 🤩 all the teams were great but they had the best routine in my opinion 😍😍
I really hope the girl from the first routine was okay! That teams routine was really cool but i feel like their coach should have made some stunts less intense so they could have hit more
I was on a competitive synchronised skating team. The motto was “you skate to the abilities of your weakest skater”. You put together the best team you can through try outs and recruitment and you have a certain skill level team members must have. If you want to add a stunt or move and your weakest skater can’t do it, then you don’t do it. My team had a simpler routine and less complicated moves that we could do to perfection and we won most competitions because you got more points for a perfectly executed yet simple move than you did for a poorly executed but more complicated move.
Oml me as a cheerleader that happeneds a lot and it’s very sad and shakes the entire team up and we are off focus especially if are front tumblers and hurt 😔
As a cheerleader lemme tell you, competitions are very hard and scary but the first time my team went we won 2nd place and we were all happy no messed out stunts or flips but when a stunt goes wrong you take the flyer down instead of repetitively trying to get them back but when u just can't it makes u look less bad
This is coming from a cheer leader who has done high school competitive cheer and all star cheer for 12 years I agree it’s VERY hard and can be rough when someone gets hurt during a routine but the the very first performance wasn’t clean, and some of their skills were too high for them, then when they preformed most mistakes were fixed but new mistakes happened after(and I know they were probably stressed about the first performance ) but all of the teams who performed (except the 2nd and 4th team) had things that seemed too hard for them or they were sloppy.
I bet that they can hit all of those stunts it was probably just the injury that shook them up I'm on a cheer team and when that happened to our team we got SHOOK and that messed up or whole performance
ZumbaPlayz SuperDog how do I sound like a two years old?! You should stfu was anyone ever talking to your pink bubble gum dumb dumb lookin self . You look like a burnt chicken nugget from McDonald’s that just got threw away because it wasn’t meant to be made.
I had the same as trinity but it was just like once a year something happened To her were she couldn’t tumble but that girl in the back was not the only one she was supposed to do that there was to of then
you guys gotta understand that when something like an Injury happens rigth infront if everyone, it shakes the whole team up. then One stunt falls and that when all stunts begin to fall. I bet 100% that they can and have hit everything, but given the circumstances, it didn't. don't be mean , guys. they put in blood sweat in tears so have a heart. you guys gotta undstand that when something like an before anyone criticizes y'all have no idea. how hard it is to cheer Periodt.
Some of these routines had good stunts but were really messy with fails and a lot of dance moves to replace lack of stunts on other routines. I'm guessing bad nerves causes alot of stunt fails unfortunately. I was gonna say Damascus was pretty good as far as stunts and longevity without fails so glad to see they won first place.
as a cheerleader, i do understand when something fails it does shake the team but even before the girl was injured you can see barely anyone was prepared. They are anxious and not on the tumbling level that was placed in the routine. They needed something easier for them because that was a call for disaster.
Peep the girl from northwest when they did he routine again when the girl in the front messed up the flip she completely ignored doing it😂. The coach made the dance 2 hard
here in montgomery county all schools compete. There is three divisions. Division 3 is for less experienced cheer teams, 2 is slightly more advanced, and division 1 is for very advanced cheer teams. However, due to the first teams bad performance theyll probably drop to division 2.
The routine with the girls in the green and the high pony's with the bow (from the thumbnail) is pretty much exactly like our show competition routine for my team Except the tumblind. Have my coaches been stealing 😮
Being a reviewer and a judge for many events that I would I have gotten on the speaker system and would have stopped the performance when the event routine was going wrong seeing the missteps that wasn't going on wit the music .
I'm a cheerleader and it sucks, bc in cheer, when someone gets hurt, sometimes, you gotta keep on going. It's disappointing, but true. Some girls even noticed her, but, I mean, what happens happens.
Northwest was trying their best so stop critizing them and focus on yourself and plus someone got hurt so they were probably all nervous so stop they put in there blood sweat and tears so don't be mean and if your don't do cheer stop CRITIZING its not your place to do that
The first team didn’t do so well and I understand that cuz when I started being a cheerleader it was so hard and extremely dangerous but now being one for 3 years I have gotten the hang of it and I’m making less mistakes. But even tho they probably have did it for a long time it’s ok fall or get hurt because nobody is perfect.
I am a cheerleader and have a lot of experience just saying some tips the wootton team is really good but they are very spread apart in their stunts you need to be chest to chest
You people have no idea how hard cheer is. I have been in cheer for 9 years. I started cheer when I was 5 now I’m 14. But anyways like I said you people don’t know how hard cheer really is. Once I got to the age of 8 it just all changed and got harder. In my opinion cheer gets harder the older you get. And when 1 person on you cheer team gets hurt it shakes the whole team up. My worst injury in cheer was breaking my wrist doing a simple back hand spring. Cheer is hard and if you don’t think it is join a cheer team and figure it out. Yeah cheer is fun and all but not when you get injured for something simple like a back walkover or something. Yeah cheer is not easy.
Was it the year of dropping people? My goodness I’m glad no one was hurt and I hope the girl in the first one was ok but god they all dropped someone once or twice
This honestly hurt to watch most of these teams did routines beyond theirs skill set and the others ruined their routine with small but very noticeable mistakes and tell me WHYYYYY would you put in a jump sequence and put the person with the worst jumps dead center like😑
let me just tell you they tried so hard to do difficult things but it’s not about the difficulty it’s about the tightness and cleanses and since there was so much in one stunt that’s tiring and that’s why some of them fell and didn’t look clean
Do you guys understand how much work us cheerleaders put into competitions? Cheerleaders work their butts off just at practice and imagine how you would feel running stunting flipping and holding other girls up in front of a lot of people. So if you don’t know how it feels then keep your mouths shut.
It’s painful watching someone mess up so much but in the beginning the one girl hurt herself and because of that the whole team will then start to mess up because they are thinking about there teammates and not what they should be doing I have done cheer for only 2 years but stunts are hard you and someone else are lifting someone in the air so even if it looks easy it’s not I have hurt by back so many time because I was a back spot and the bases weren’t able to hold her so she fell into me and in tumbling you are most likely going to twist your ankle or even break something it’s just part of life
The first team knew their routine good, but I think they tried to add things that where too hard. Majority of the stunts fell and if you watch closely the tumbling was very very wonky. And they did a good job but I feel like they would’ve done way better if they where tight. Most of the time when they did their motions they where sloppy and looked to rushed. And before y’all get mad, i do cheer and I know it’s hard.
The first group in the front that when the stunt was starting the girl was looking the other way when the girl was going up in the air she was looking the other way .
If they really want to be the best team they would’ve put that behind and hit their stunts if they knew they could do it
i mean even before the injury that team looked pretty shaken up
Hi Karlita they had horrible timing, technique, and were messing up before she got hurt. They obviously are not skilled enough to be doing the choreography given to them, they would have had a better shot if the choreographer was to maybe not make the routine so difficult and focus on the timing and precision. Because this made them look really bad I’d be embarrassed of that routine even if the girl didn’t get hurt!
it was a mess before she fell
I agree, people are being too harsh. Their nerves were probably high before and I totally understand that feeling. I think they did great given the circumstances.
Before anyone criticizes y’all have no idea how hard it is to cheer. Periodt.
THANK YOU!!! Everyone here talking big but most of them have probably never even done a round off before, or a back flip
THANK YOU
yougoleslie I mean I bet some of them that are actually criticizing are or have been former cheerleaders
I SWEAR
shelby jones school cheer is the EASIEST thing , y’all wouldn’t last a day in competitive
As an ex-cheerleader & current cheer coach I think lots of these teams are choosing quantity over quality, do what you are 100% you can do with technique ... ive never in my life seen so many people in one comp not hit stunts/tumbling
Fr such a mess
They definitely should have stuck to what they knew they could 100% pull off
I 100% agree depending on if this was NCA or UCA they probably would've scored better if they just did something that was a lower difficulty
Northwest was trying to do a routine beyond their capabilities..
Cassandra Howell they incorperated way more all-star style elements when they should have been focused on those technique
you can shut up now :/
They have the capabilities but someone got hurt so thats probably why they did how they did
I completely agree. And people need to understand that this is not hate. It’s Just noticing that they are trying to compete on a way higher level then they should be.
If the first team’s coach is anything like mine they got yelled at after that
BigFood Style damn fr i
My personal thoughts on the first one as a cheerleader.

@@Kaitlyn_89 but you get more points hitting a skill you know you can do perfectly vs dropping a skill you aren't 100% abo it
That poor girl on the first team who fell, I feel bad for her.
Same team, they has to restart
Being a cheerleader currently (despite my profile pic for being a former hockey player lol) hitting stunts, jumps, etc is extremely hard. To have the endurance for it as well is also extremely difficult. The first team did an amazing job despite one of their own getting injured in the beginning. I give them so much credit for still being able to go through with their routine!
Kayla Tyra i agree but when there is so many stunts falling and tumbling touching out i believe that it should be down graded
That second one ughh 🤩I didn’t new highschool could be that goood❤️❤️😍
Milarybila look up “south carolina cheerleading states” and look at the 4A winner. they are sooo good
IKR
Bro good on the first team for not quiting right then and there like it takes balls and guts to do the shit their doing
21:28 point jumper piked herself in the face😂
Why is no one talking about the fourth team, they did amazing
no offense but, northwest flyers have to get it together!
Bruh..
cheer is extremely hard at first you get so nervous. They don’t have to get it together they might not trust there bases.
the first team was really hard to watch. I know how hard it can be to start your routine after an injury or a big mistake. I would've been crying my eyes out in the routine.
The first team did great .The routine was super creative ❤️They still fought
Milarybila fought
Hafsah Sabr yea ups 😁
I wish the girls in the first team would have stopped to help the girl. Ik coached always say keep going but that girl was hurt...
but that would have messed up the entire dynamic
Even if you they wanted to help they couldn't. It's a rule unless you're injured really bad you have to continue your routine.
If this was like competitive cheer, she would have had to crawl off to the side while the team continued.

That‘s like cheer extreme in highschool version
Milarybila no where close. I cheer at cea
KK's videos •• you‘re right,sorry❤️
Milarybila we do all the same stunts and I cheer for ejms in ga🤪
tea 😂😂
Milarybila not at all.....
Why is everyone talking about school number 2 when 9:34 is the best school🤩🤩I-
2nd team should’ve came first
Did you cheer too? :O@@katieclagett4427
exactly!!
That’s my daughters team💙
I really hope the girl from the first routine was okay! That teams routine was really cool but i feel like their coach should have made some stunts less intense so they could have hit more
🙏praying for the young lady that was hurt 😞.
The first team did really bad 😬
Syd’s TV well somebody got hurt
Syd’s TV never mind they were really bad I just watched the second clip
theyre timing and technique is horrible
Syd’s TV ik💀💀💀
Oof. Lol 😂😂😂
i love how some of them are like doing standing tucks but the rest can’t even do a back handspring😅
Wow, the first team that went did not try, the flyers didn’t fight for their stunts not even staying tight and the timing is just so off for tumbling
A girl got hurt it probably shook them up they were doing there best
I was on a competitive synchronised skating team. The motto was “you skate to the abilities of your weakest skater”. You put together the best team you can through try outs and recruitment and you have a certain skill level team members must have. Bella Miller I’m in kentucky I cheer for Martha Jane potter
Marissa Johnson ok it’s tomorrow and wish me good luck and I’m extremely nervous
Love the diversity in these groups
1:32 watch front middle back handsprinng lmao
Tell me why the girl in the first routine marked her backhand-spring in the beginning lmaooo I kept rewinding it to see if I seen that right
LifeWithRena * RIGHT haha
Guys you got to understand as a cheerleader when someone get injured in their team the whole try hard but fall apart but I think they still did good
Oml me as a cheerleader that happeneds a lot and it’s very sad and shakes the entire team up and we are off focus especially if are front tumblers and hurt 😔

I honestly don't like the third team bc most of the teamates didn't do much. But they still did good ⭐
My favorites are the 2nd and 4th teams
I'm watching this to pump me up for sectionals next Saturday. I'm scared but hyped.
It’s my Junior year I just started a new school will hopefully join their cheer team wish me luck please.🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
you guys talk about northwest being bad, Blair was a hot mess
Ya truee both of them are🤣🤣
So much trust goes into these teams... props to all of them
First team wasn’t good all the stunts fell they should of changed the stunts and made it easier for them my comp is tomorrow November 11,2018
Chole and Nia forever dance moms yea 😅
the girl got hurt. they obviously were shaken. so they wouldn’t do very good and plus they probably had to make immediate changes.
Sophia Artiga okay you sound 2 years old stfu
I bet that they can hit all of those stunts it was probably just the injury that shook them up I'm on a cheer team and when that happened to our team we got SHOOK and that messed up or whole performance
ZumbaPlayz SuperDog how do I sound like a two years old?! You should stfu was anyone ever talking to your pink bubble gum dumb dumb lookin self . You look like a burnt chicken nugget from McDonald’s that just got threw away because it wasn’t meant to be made.
Y’all are in high school but can’t do a cartwheel.... (in the back at 0:47)
ry 😂😂
She might have a problem that keeps her from doing it. I had a girl on my team who had spine problems that kept her from tumbling for a year.
I had the same as trinity but it was just like once a year something happened To her were she couldn’t tumble but that girl in the back was not the only one she was supposed to do that there was to of then

The girls at 9:35 did soooo good wow!!!
Clarkburg did so very well 🥳 congrats 🎊🎉!
4:06 the best school
dang that dark skinned flyer on the team who won first place... she is so good! I couldn't stop watching her.
ahh I was reminiscing on high school and ran into this comment, im that flyer and I appreciate it so much!
I’m a flyer in cheerleading, and I understand that someone got hurt in the first one , but it was just terrible...
as a cheerleader, i do understand when something fails it does shake the team but even before the girl was injured you can see barely anyone was prepared. They are anxious and not on the tumbling level that was placed in the routine. They needed something easier for them because that was a call for disaster.
bless the first team’s heart
dang these high school teams aren’t half bad
These girls sure were not ready to perform. Lol!!!’ 🤪
Peep the girl from northwest when they did he routine again when the girl in the front messed up the flip she completely ignored doing it😂. The coach made the dance 2 hard
The first team was a mess.
16:04 homegirl in the middle cannot jump. How did she even make the squad? 🤦♀️😂
2nd team got robbed
I recommend to watch NU pep squad from Ph.
NU Pep Squad are ridiculously awesome. Got my jaw dropped hard. How could human even do that? Omg 💕
I’m kinda asking how the first team got to Championship. Maybe they were just really nervous and shook after what happened the first time
BigFood Style at Montgomery county all of our high school teams go to our counties championship
Ella Maines why? Doesn’t that defeat the point?
here in montgomery county all schools compete. There is three divisions. Division 3 is for less experienced cheer teams, 2 is slightly more advanced, and division 1 is for very advanced cheer teams. However, due to the first teams bad performance theyll probably drop to division 2.
God bless the cheer leaders
My cheerleading competition is in the 17th
The routine with the girls in the green and the high pony's with the bow (from the thumbnail) is pretty much exactly like our show competition routine for my team Except the tumblind. Have my coaches been stealing 😮
I'm sorry but I think that the first and second were a mess.
I'm so happy good job u girl
Being a reviewer and a judge for many events that I would I have gotten on the speaker system and would have stopped the performance when the event routine was going wrong seeing the missteps that wasn't going on wit the music .
The first team was still great. They didn’t give up and kept fighting, that’s what really matters
My comp is this weekend... 😬
the second teams motions were very in sync!
I'm a cheerleader and it sucks, bc in cheer, when someone gets hurt, sometimes, you gotta keep on going. It's disappointing, but true. Some girls even noticed her, but, I mean, what happens happens.
the first ones were really thrown off by the injury at the start.
Northwest was trying their best so stop critizing them and focus on yourself and plus someone got hurt so they were probably all nervous so stop they put in there blood sweat and tears so don't be mean and if your don't do cheer stop CRITIZING its not your place to do that
I am a cheer leader I was one since first grade
I did theses type of competition last year now we’re do UCA comp
I have a cheerleading background I know this all too well...
first team was so disorganized it bothered me
The first team didn’t do so well and I understand that cuz when I started being a cheerleader it was so hard and extremely dangerous but now being one for 3 years I have gotten the hang of it and I’m making less mistakes. But even tho they probably have did it for a long time it’s ok fall or get hurt because nobody is perfect.
Yessss DAMASCUS!
I am a cheerleader and have a lot of experience just saying some tips the wootton team is really good but they are very spread apart in their stunts you need to be chest to chest
OMG I GOT U TO 1.8k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You people have no idea how hard cheer is. I have been in cheer for 9 years. I started cheer when I was 5 now I’m 14. But anyways like I said you people don’t know how hard cheer really is. Good job everyone
Somebody come get northwest high school off the floor
1:56 the girl at the point jumps were high but it’s all about form and those FEET WERE NOT POINTED)
Jxc*[yn I don’t know if it’s for everyone but for me you got points taken off for it
the first team did ok. the stunts and tumbling all looked really rough, i hope there coach realizes and makes a few changes.
This honestly hurt to watch most of these teams did routines beyond theirs skill set and the others ruined their routine with small but very noticeable mistakes and tell me WHYYYYY would you put in a jump sequence and put the person with the worst jumps dead center like😑

Do you guys understand how much work us cheerleaders put into competitions? Cheerleaders work their butts off just at practice and imagine how you would feel running stunting flipping and holding other girls up in front of a lot of people. So if you don’t know how it feels then keep your mouths shut.
Hope the girl in the first team is ok . ... the second team 😍. Ok if this is what your county teams look like I wonder how your state comp is.
northwest's bases need to help their flyers out some more, poor girl missed out cause her base was out of wack
How much time did they have to prepare
Northwest was hard to watch there flyers were falling over sm 2nd team was actually so good tho

I’m a current cheerleader and it seems like the only decent teams were the ones that won

It's really good 😊👍
The first group in the front that when the stunt was starting the girl was looking the other way when the girl was going up in the air she was looking the other way .
you guys gotta understand that when something like an
