The reason why it cannot be detected, is what is called: Kalman Filtering. The jump between the successive location samples is so unpredictable and so big, that the traditional radar tracking methods become irrelevant.
Westies would have to adjust higher frequencies or extend samples steps. It's all about computer program small corrections. Maybe you simplified too much :)

Only one was shot down and it was due to poor training, the pilots flew the same flight path and it was an ambush- they opened the bomb bays 30 secs before hand. R*ssian tech is so primitive you can't even take Ukraine lmao.
Ok soon m8 doesn't know how stealth planes work the one over Serbia was because they knew where the planes flew over and also shear luck because the radar was turned on right as the planes bomb doors where open allowing them to get a lock and fire.
