What a joy to see such a diverse and fascinating collection. I didn’t want the video to end as I could listen to each and every story behind these stunning autos. Thanks for sharing, especially during these tough times. :)
This is ultra cool! Never thought van was cool until I saw your Alfa Romeo. Thank you for allowing us to get to know you through your collections, they are amazing.
What a beautiful collection, Kip, thank you for sharing and for the interesting history tidbits! The "Rover" design looked so much like Disney's cartoon character Pluto, that Dog N Suds was sued by Disney and forced to redesign its sign and logo. Dog N Suds switched from the original brown dog with a white background, to a white dog with a red background. Which is the design the survives to this day. Your sign looks great amongst the amazing cars! They are gorgeous and meticulously cared for!
Reminds me a lot of the Collection of Australian Transport magnate Lindsay Fox. He has over 500 cars but his cars on display (not open to the public) are all stunning, just like these.
This is a really nice collection of cars, trucks, pumps and signs! Your DeTomaso I remember seeing it in a car magazine when it first came out. I was really surprised to see that you had one! They are I would say very rare car. The Porsche tractor was pretty neat as well. i read that Lamborghini started his business making tractors. Thanks much for the tour!
Love the collection! I appreciate that (based on a few of Kip’s comments) everything runs and drives. Still...a bit over-restored. To each his own though. His cars, his money.
I absolutely love this guys collection! I mean how could you not? The diversity and quality of the car, pumps and signage is truly remarkable. But it's this guys attitude/demeanor that I really respect and can appreciate. I like how he describes his collection as a "driving collection" and when he was driving that totally rad tractor, he was just smiling having a good time
Thanks, I,had a 61 Ford Combertible/auto/352 , whilst at Purdue University: 66/67 covered quite a few thousand miles : put nw NEWLY RELEASED , (for most cars: )**radial tires on it(actually cruised better....do not remember replaciing bushings/Shocks ,etc.).... !, red body white , top.......did enjoy it....
First off WOW!! That garage is amazing, besides the cars the gas pumps really take me back to my youth! It was the first collectible I bought. My second thought is I hate to pay his power bill but if you own all that, power cost aren't a issue, Thanks for sharing with us!
Thank you for sharing this awesome collection. I'm a big fan of Corvettes having designed for the limited custom fabrication of the still unknown Corvette hatchback/ station wagon, and a great number of forgettable neon signs. So this show put me in awe yea mode. And a tractor too. Wow!
wow, what a collection, double wow, I wondered why he would have a dodge or Plymouth neon, I have a 95 and 96 and I get laughs for putting a collector plate on them. So lol, he meant the neon signs.
I had never seen one of these bertone alfas in such a yellow I was hoping to see it closer... also the E type had a very fun colour combo... we didn t get to see all those bikes either.., and honestly i don t think people were that interested in the tractor lol... but the neon signs and all are pretty cool
Thanks Kip, your assistant(s), and as always, everyone at the Petersen for an awesome tour! Such a cool collection! I'm a little later getting here today .. where I am in Australia the video premiered at 4 am! To anyone interested there's lots more online on Kip and his collection, which he takes out often. He also has a very upbeat Instagram page, just for cars and bikes .. highly recommended. Just Google Kip Cyprus. Another 💎 from the Petersen! And a hit too .. thousands and thousands of views in just a few hours! Take care everyone! See you all next time! Stevie! 😃 .. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 ...
Wonderful collection. Love the early 911. Beautiful shooting, subtitles and funky editing are very distracting. Would love to hear the narrators voice instead.
I guess Disney wasn't goofing. But it seems a plain shame, what happened to Dog and Suds. It may be a small world, after all, but it was big enough for Disney and a hot dog stand with a sign with a dog with a resemblance to Goofy. Too bad they couldn't work together.
@@PetersenMuseum Hi guys! If you look closely at the video it spins it's tyres when it takes off .. so maybe it can do burnouts too .. after all, it is a Porsche !!! 😉
This is one the most beautiful garages I have ever seen. The entire layout and collection is absolutely stunning.
I would have to agree and go one more and say I’ve never seen one that can compare. It is truly breathtaking, and awe inspiring.
All the cars seems to be immaculate. The owner takes a lot of pride in keeping them all in such good condititon
The neon reflections on these classics are mesmerizing and the garage as a whole is a work of art, unto itself.
A fantastic museum 😊
The cars the signs and neons just works of art
Could watch part 1 and 2 every day
Thanks for you time😊😊😊😊
That Alfa van is gorgeous, had never seen that before.
Search for the Alfa Jeep. Looks just like a Wrangler but red with Alfa triangle grill and unique rear styling. It’s awesome
What a joy to see such a diverse and fascinating collection. I didn’t want the video to end as I could listen to each and every story behind these stunning autos. Thanks for sharing, especially during these tough times. :)
Glad you enjoyed it!

What an amazing space and collection! Thanks for sharing Kip!
Another amazing set of cars!
Wow, he has some beauties in his collection! Very interesting, thanks for sharing!
Fantastic!! What a cool guy with a cool garage. Love it 👍👍👍
18:12 You can really HEAR the long stroke in that 1-cylinder diesel which gives it its stump-pulling torque!
This garage is beautifully designed. What an eclectic collection.
Haaaa! Love the tractor! Could only give this one thumb up. Dang it! Awesome sauce! Thanks for sharing. Wicked cool collection. And the garage! Wow!
That is a cool collection of automobiles that are ready to be enjoyed .Really like all the different types of automobiles
When he opens the door....wow!
Another great collection, enjoying these guys...
Skip, thank you for showing your garage and the treasures it holds, much appreciated and truly enjoyed to see your passion. Cheers from Downunder.
Thanks for sharing your collection! Excellent!
This garage is awesome, not just for the cars but for the pumps, neon signs as well as the bar and the Porsche tractor
Astonishing collection in every way.
The Dog and Suds sign brings back many memories.

What an awesome showroom and collection of car's 😍👌 I love every one of them.

The paraphernalia overwhelms the cars. Love it all
Really interesting and fun stuff! Thanks for sharing it.

Cool Collection. Interesting story about Dog n Suds sign, loved the sign though. Nice Datsun 200!
Great taste car collection and i would call it looks more like a museum than a garage wow
What a awesome looking garage.
Beautiful cars. Love the fuel pumps collection.
I absolutely love this guys collection! I mean how could you not? The diversity and quality of the car, pumps and signage is truly remarkable. Dream garage👍
That's a cool tractor 😍😍😍😍😍
Beautiful garage!
I like the 21 widow deluxe station wagon. I had a 68 with the slide back canvas roof.
Sweet. Would like to see and know about all of them, and the bikes
good representation of haves, him having 2 warehouses full of cars that are each worth more than most familys make in a year
danam0228 pretty sure he's a lottery/ jackpot winner
Do part 2. He mentioned he had another location and we didn't truly explore this site. Fantastic.
Excellent Video, Thanks for sharing with us. Chris Gurr UK
Our pleasure!

Nice💪😎💪
Datsun 1600! CXar & Driver magazine called those cars 'giraffe transporters' because of the tall greenhouse.

3:25 Ford crossflow 1600 engine.
Pre-crossflow. The carbs and the exhaust are on the same side.
wow, what a collection, double wow, I wondered why he would have a dodge or Plymouth neon, I have
a 95 and 96 and I get laughs for putting a collector plate on them. So lol, he meant the neon signs.
God bless!
Wow,first time i see in details DeTomaso Ghia
The electricity costs alone must be expensive af. But very cool location.
the Mercediess 220s my dream boat..
I have seen a LOT of tractors on the internet- that one is the coolest
I had never seen one of these bertone alfas in such a yellow I was hoping to see it closer... also the E type had a very fun colour combo... we didn t get to see all those bikes either.., and honestly i don t think people were that interested in the tractor lol... but the neon signs and all are pretty cool
That tractor is definitely something you don't see every day!
Can we see a Part 2 where he talks about his motorcycles, please?
great video but why cut out the audio when questions being asked?
The Crew were wearing masks.
going to the porsche dealer with that tractor and the dealer be like wtf a tractor
Is he some kind of Superman or are those cars just really light that he can push and pull on them with one arm?

If he was talking about "The Tail of the Dragon" it's 318 turns in 11 miles!
Wonderful collection. Love the early 911. Beautiful shooting, subtitles and funky editing are very distracting. Would love to hear the narrators voice instead.
Of all things that he could have asked to start up and drive🤪
Careful. The address of the"secret collection" appears at 19:20. 😬
It's NOT really that secret, they have numerous Fund Raising Events and Car Club meetings, it just not an "Open to the Public" Collection.
😊
Back of the Dragon? C'mon man. A real car guy...
Great collection, but I guess it’s not a secret location anymore.
Boss Hogg Caddy
Would love to see a stand alone episode on the Alpha F12
Bet he knows wayne carini. And jay Leno
76 eldorados have 500 cubic inches
It's a shame, no Corvairs. ;-D

Thats probably a 500 cubic inch Cadillac engine
beautiful cars, but this guy isn't very chatty in front of the camera. was like watching someone pull teeth to get the info out of him.
Real estate money?
When you have so much money you know what to do with it. lol, Can the tractor do Wheeley's?
We were told it can do wheelies!
@@PetersenMuseum Hi guys! If you look closely at the video it spins it's tyres when it takes off .. so maybe it can do burnouts too .. after all, it is a Porsche !!! 😉
Uh... He know exactly what to do with it. Exactly what I would do with it.
