In Manglore we are using gandasaale ghee rice...if we use that rice than ghee rice will super delicious 😋

I have eaten this several time while my stay in Bangalore .. prepared this few times but never added lemon juice.. ur recipe is yummy, easy , tempting and am gonaa try it..😊😊...I wanted to know why do we need to add lemon juice?? Is it compulsory?

Very nice dish maam.
Bt if v add 1 glass milk ,it will enhance d taste....can use saffron also(soaked in milk). I add these ingredients, it give nice aroma...
