The Caribou has 500 gram thinsulate in the glove with a 400/100 split backhand and front hand. The Tundra glove has the same split but gives you a bit more dexterity with the lobster claw design. I rode in some extraordinarily cold temps with these gloves. I think you should give the Tundras a chance.
Used a klim caribou mitt 2 seasons in lower Michigan for bicycle commuting worked good, any recommendations for a good replacement,?
