If your hats are not appearing when you import it, select the hats, press the object tab, press "set origin" and then press "Geometry to Origin" and the hats should appear below your character.

Tip: To anyone who is confused on the hats not showing up make sure to delete your accessories from your avatar on the first export in rblx studio and when you have exported it undo it with CTRL Z and delete everything but the hats and export it. I have been struggling with this for a long time and I think I finally figured it out! (Pin?)

if you are lazy like me just use moon animator then export it then import it into blender make sure its on cycles render then render the image then if you are broke like me use photopea instead of photoshop.
