50g (3⅓ tbsp. + ½ tsp.) unsalted butter, softened
50g (¼ cup) sugar
red food gel (optional)
50g (⅓ cup + 2½ tsp.) all purpose flour
Choux Dough
60g (¼ cup) milk
60g (¼ cup) water
60g (¼ cup + ½ tsp.) butter
¼ tsp. salt
70g (½ cup + 2 tsp.) all purpose flour
110g (2 large) eggs
Jasmine Diplomat Cream
400g (1⅔ cup) milk
20g (⅓ cup) jasmine tea
3 egg yolks
100g (½ cup) sugar
35g (¼ cup + 2 tsp.) cornstarch
20g (1⅓ tbsp.) butter
340g (1⅓ cup + 1⅓ tbsp.) whipping cream
Other
1¾ cup strawberry chunks (filling and garnish)
fresh thyme

wow these look so good and i love the color! Really came out great. I like how you filled the insides with diced strawberries Im sure that adds nice freshness and texture. Very cinematic. The asmr is very really great too. Do you use a microphone ? I might try microphone to enhance my cooking sounds some time

Your recipe looks great but it is very time consuming and has a lot of steps to make.

When we have tons of time and want to do 20 steps to make one dessert...well then we'll make a cake like the one I commented on.
