ABOUT THIS SERIES:
Spending time in nature is fun, interesting and it's also good for our physical and mental health! Even looking at an image depicting nature or a video about nature already has a beneficial effect. Each video is made from the footage of one single walk to give you an authentic experience of what you might encounter on a walk in the Australian Bush. It is not always what you'd expect but that makes it all the more fun! Each walk is an exploration where we will make discoveries. I have learned a lot about Australian nature this way and I can't wait to share it with you! Will you join me? Hit the SUBSCRIBE button, turn on your notifications and be sure to never miss a video!
These videos also give you an insight in how I work as a nature- and wildlife photographer. I call myself an opportunistic photographer! I'm not one to spend 8 hours a day in a bird hide (with much respect to those who do!) but I go for a walk and see what crosses my path!
‘In the spirit of reconciliation I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Queensland and the rest of Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. I pay my respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today and in the future.’
