yes it's not surprising it's not accurate because their skin temperature will always be lower than their core temperature, and unlike with humans a dog's fur is going to isolate a bit no matter how hard you try to keep the thermometer on the skin. However, I wouldn't want Wooyoo to go through temperature taking like that for no good reason, so it's as good as its going to get

As far as I know, dogs' fur acts as an insulator. Meaning if their environment is hot, their fur keeps them cool...and when it's cold, their fur keeps them warm. ❤️

There's more than the temperature difference here. Wind carries scent which dogs love. My huskies used to haver by the door regardless of if it were warmer or cooler outside because of the draught that brought smells into the house. When we finally changed to a hermetically sealed door, they lost interest. Even if the door was still hotter or colder due to outside temperatures.
@@ronstanley7850 Well, it is partially true. So long as they aren't out in the heat for too long without water, most dogs can do fine anywhere. Even huskies can live in Texas with proper care and attention. Would they thrive as much as if they lived in a colder climate? Probably not, but it doesn't mean they still cant lead fun lives.
I wish we had snow here for my Samoyed to play and run so happily in. We are in Australia (Western) and we are in summer at the moment and have been having temperatures ranging from 38-42'C. We have had weeks at a time of 38, 39, 39, 40, 39, 42, several times this summer - and my poor fluff ball is finding it very tough. She is not new to it, she is 6 now, but in very hot summers, it is very hard for her to keep cool and for me to keep her cool. But - she is a Samoyed, so she is an amazingly good dog no matter what. We just have a bigger responsibility to care for them properly - and I definitely do. She has two pools, air conditioning, cooling mats. Anything I can do. I can just imagine she would LOVE to play in the snow.

Cold weather breeds just like the cold air. I had an Australian Shepherd which really wasn't bread for cold weather but she had a lot of fur and LOVED the winter time - would never want to come inside.

@@ilyarepin7750 Well I didnt import her in to Australia. They live here and are bred here the same as anywhere else.
We just have a bigger responsibility to care for them properly - and I definitely do. She has two pools, air conditioning, cooling mats. Anything I can do. I can just imagine she would LOVE to play in the snow.

일반 대리석만 깔아주는 분들 많으신데 대리석 밑에 스티로폼세트로 안에 얼음팩 넣을 수 있는 걸로 추천드려요

일반 조리식품 택배 올 때 넣는 얼음팩말고 플라스틱으로 패킹된 캠핑용얼음 넣는거라 엄청 오래 감 (아이스탱크팩, 캠핑용얼음 이런식으로 검색하면 제품 나옴. 몇천원 안 함)
일어나서 한 번, 자기 전에 한 번씩만 갈아주면 강아지들 살맛납니다
강아지 키우시는 분들 여름엔 무조건 필수품이고 저희 집도 털 빽빽 폼피츠 때문에 22도 유지하는데도 헥헥대서 겨울인 지금도 깔아주고 있습니다ㅠㅠ
기온 차이나면 대리석 위에 가끔 물이 맺히는데 옆에 수건두고 지나갈 때 쓱 닦아주면 됨

This makes me cry,we had samoyed as well but he got poisoned. He was free to do anything, go anywhere (we live far away from villages) He was so happy in winters full of energy nd stuff. He was so energetic like this dog can't compare to him. Jumping around and shit,playing...

Cold weather breeds just like the cold air. I had an Australian Shepherd which really wasn't bread for cold weather but she had a lot of fur and LOVED the winter time - would never want to come inside.
