Made little different version of masoor last week. This seems interesting. Today was cooking whole moong(little sprouted). I applied this receipe to moong. It turned delicious. Added lemon juice. Thanks!

Instead of using burnt kadhai as I don't had I gave dhungar (smoke charcoal) and it turned better than what we ate in Rajasthan during visit to India

कभी ईरानी होटेलमे आख्खा मसुर बहोत बढीया मिलता था इस्पेशीयली मुंबई मे मेट्रो सिनेमा के बाजूवाले इरानी होटेल मे ( तीस पैतीस साल पहले ) और वो भी डबल रोटी के साथ खानेका मजा कुछ और ही था लाख कौशीश के बावजुद भी मै वैसी मसूर बना नही सका चलो आपकी रेसिपी की तरह बनाकर देखते है

We make this. Always a hit.👌 We add methi seeds too to the tadka in the cooker & a piece of dalchini. Sometimes we make dal palak or add some Rajma & have with both roti & rice.
