The approval for this property was stuck for a long time, Will a buyer ever sleep peacefully after putting so much money in a property of this category. Bombay has way too many problems with Titles, Quality of Construction, Leakages and completion of projects. Even buying a fully ready flat has its vulnerabilities as many people have discovered after dealing with builders like Lodha.
Nobody wants to pay 22 cr to live in a neighbourhood full of slums and nuisance of vagabonds hanging around on the streets 24/7. Not to mention the filth these people make on the roads and noise pollution.
