I literally used it against ByakuShin with equipped accessories that gives me 200 more SP than the Solo Unit would be Axel with the skill of 150sp equipped twice giving me a 200% more than my attack stat giving me 500k damage overall with the finisher. One shot.

Everyone is a POTENTIAL love interest. Ogami never actually professes love to anyone, it's just heavily implied depending on who you finish the game with. Sakura and Erica are the canon love interests and that's why they're always mad at him when he's talking with the other women of the game.

The downside is that X's HP must be 100% before he can use them.
In the Xtreme games, he gets both moves, and does NOT have to be at full health, but they no longer one-shot enemies.
