What order should milk be pasterused and homogenised? Everywhere says different. This video says its first homogenised and THEN pasterusied but then some websites and videos say its first pasteruised and THEN homogenised? Does it not matter the order?

This is what the Homogenisation process does, I didn't specify my comment. I've never heard of it being a congestive though...that's new news to me.
