Hi Vito!! Nice job. An advice: Just between the gearbox and the engine, on the lower area, it should be a drain hole. Always keep it clean and functional. If not, any leak from the crank seal or the slave clutch cilinder will wet your clutch (i say it by my own experience in my w123). I use a thin screwdriver and i finish it with a brake cleaner, carefully pouring it from the seal you have installed and letting it drain.
