Salam chef Salim . I hav just made this recipie it was absoloutly delicious ! So simple but so good and full of flavour . Just to say i did not use a whole lamb i made it with one kilo lol

When you were doing the first dressing, at the end after adding the water to the mixture, I saw you were cutting something , like Butter o goat cheese....it did not mention in the recepe....what it was ???

I've added a subtitle to the video instead, and I hope we'll be more successful . thank you for the information . it is important to set the cooking times. it may be more convenient for 3.5 hours at 150 degrees for this meal . . .
