Josh Daly did a very similar formation for regular FM. It's pretty brutal.
I ran this tactic with Arsenal using their updated team with Havertz, Rice and Timber and GOOD GOD. Talk about a team thats just meant to use this exact tactic and Arsenal is it.

This is the first time I'm trying this guy and my God did this tactic work from the get go. Newcastle United FC team struggling to get into top 4 finishing 5th,6th won the league as well as the carabao cup and the champions League in the same season. 6 players on double digits and three of them crossing the 20 goal mark.
This tactic is 🔛🔝, this works well with my Dortmund , Bellingham in SS role obviously a monster and both strikers are being so good in this tactic .

This tactic resembles AS Roma's tactic when they got the Scudetto, with Batistuta - Totti - Delvecchio as their tridente. The small difference is they played with Cafu & Candela in RWB-LWB pair, not MR-ML. Gosh, they're really fun to watch.

this tactic is amazing, I played with the 2nd or 3rd fastest time in Welsh and just dominated the league in the first season. won the league with 1 loss and 5 draws with 20 points ahead of second place. in the whole season there were 47 games, 124 goals scored, 24 conceded. I won the league, and both capes (everything) in the conference league I passed the first round and lost in the second, I was still building the team and the team was also gaining chemistry
I'm making a career focused on the coach and not on the team. I started unemployed and without qualification. halfway through the season I was signed by a team in the Welsh second division, which was fighting not to fall, with this tactic, with a very weak squad and injured players, even so I packed a winning streak but in the last round I tied and could not go up (only the winner goes up) without a doubt if I was there from the beginning I would win the league.

I used it with man utd it worked like perfectly had to make a few signings to make it work make bruno the rp bought mount made him the ss ,bought taremi from Porto made him the DLF and rashford as the af worked like a jem unfortunately casemiro won't fit in this tactic so i sold him and bought tchouameni to be a box to box sancho and antony on the wings and i used a bpd instead of a libero i won the trible and beat man city 5-2 ikr rashford scored 38 goals although he's not a natural striker but u should train him as one
I'm using this tactic for united and we can barely score, we couldn't even beat burnley and we barely beat city 2-1

I couoldnt beat anyone, than i went to try tactics and found it 3-2-3-2(3-5-2),my is with one bpl in defensive and 2 centrel def, adv.playmaker or roaming player with box to box, 2 inside forwards, SS, and poacher with advanced striker, attacking style or control, trough balls, cut inside, defense balanced, narrow and short playing style, when losing, switch all in attack with run to defence and shot on sight, beats chelsea, barca, real, bayern with over 10 goals

Tried 4 times in skybet league one VS Preston with my team Boston Utd, 4 losses... 2-4, 2-4, 1-3, 1-3. My defense is always surrounded from the wings. Short passes from my gk is almost always a loss a ball possession.. My players are superiors to those of Preston

Thanks mate, I just tried this tactics on my heavily modded PES 21, with Man City. I am completely dominating the AI in Master League. 😂
Also, the AI can't pass from the back and is limited to long balls, which the Man City defenders have no problem dealing with.
My only problem is, this tactics is seemingly not helping Haaland and he's underperforming. Any tips?
