you can beat Ursula with a mix of electric and dark types, Percival with Ice types, Gaston with Flying types, and Staraptor/Mandibuzz are useful against psychic types, also a ghost is valid because they can learn psychic type attacks and are immune to fight attacks, thing that Gaston specialices in this list, Jafar a Reuniclus, it is a psychich type that learns thunder to chatot, psychich attacks again Arbok, Slowking and Hoopa is a must, also a dark type against Hypno, Zoroark also works against him as Reuniclus, so with the two of them it is probably a garanteed victory, for Scar fighting types or any one that learns some fighting attacks, Against Ratcliff, some Poison attack user and some Plant... some maybe a Venosaur would be good, Against Frollo, Poison and earth types, steel types too. Hades Earth, Steel, Ice/Fairy, FIghting. Shanyu, a Hitmon would be great, or an Arcanine/ pokemon that learns the elemental fangs. And for Clayton a Blaziken would be good. Here are the Pokemon that would round out these teams: Ursula- Cursola- It's a dead piece of coral similar to the polyps that her victims become. That and their names rhyme. McLeach- Feraligatr, Salandit, and Garchomp- Similar reptile Pokemon with his similarly nasty demeanor. Gaston- Fall Form Sawsbuck- It's to represent the deer that he mounts on his wall. Jafar- Enamorus- It's another genie that's the closest to his genie form in appearance. Scar- Weezing, Pyroar, Trevenant, and Mamoswine- Weezing causes the smoke that tends to follow him, Pyroar represents Zira, Trevenant is a dead tree to symbolize how he causes a famine, and Mamoswine is to represent the elephant skeletons. Ratcliffe- Mega Sableye and Intelleon- Mega Sableye is another Pokemon with a huge amount of bling and Intelleon is here because he is a surprisingly good shot with a 1600's-era musket. Frollo- Spectrier, Bisharp, and Chesnaught- Spectrier is his black horse and Bisharp and Chesnaught are some knight bodyguards. Hades- Chandelure and Gengar- Chandelure is another Pokemon with blue flames that can fly and drain life and Gengar is someone who can blend into the shadows to do some recon while also draining life. Shan-Yu- Falinks, Avalugg, and Steelix- Falinks is an army of a Pokemon while Avalugg and Steelix are here mostly for traversal purposes. Clayton- Scyther and Mudsdale- Scyther acts as his machete while Mudsdale carries all of his supplies.
For Dr. Facilier, he would have Gengar, Dusclops, Frogadier, and Giratina. I would also see Frollo wanting Arceus because he is a god Pokémon and looks divine. For Long John Silver from Treasure Planet, he would have Ditto, Duskull, Metagross, and a Shiny Groudon You should do which Pokémon Disney Heroes and Princesses would use.
Long Jhon Dilver is not a "Conventional" Villain. He is pseudo-redeemed at the final act of the movie, and is more akin to Doofersmitz than anything else.

I think Gaston should have gotten a Chansey/Blissey instead of Exeggcute. They produce eggs that are not only delicious, but also are nutritious and are said to bring good luck.
I feel like Hades should have been given a Gengar because of how it licks someone to drain their life, and Hades is the ruler of the undead, so he would want a pokemon to collect souls for him.
For Maleficent’s Pokémon team, all her Pokémon will be dark type. A Murkrow would also be a good addition to it and a replacement for her pet Raven Diablo who of course was turned to stone by the Three Good Sisters.

Three little notes. 1) Flotsam and Jetsam are Moray eels, not Electric eels. Wouldn't it make more sense for Ursula to have a Gorebyss instead? 2) I'm not sure Gaston, the paragon of manliness, would want to keep a Machamp. Surely having a Pokemon that's physically stronger than him would make Gaston feel insecure? 3) McLeach is NOT "fairly affectionate" towards Joanna, he treats her like dirt most of their on-screen interactions. He'd be better off with a Salazzle instead of a Groyvle.
For Ursula a Zorua or Zoroark too would be a perfect fit, while Ditto do transform in humans Zorua/Zoroark apparently are more expert in shape shifting and a Ditto still limit themself more on copying other Pokémon and rarely humans, while Zorua/Zoroark do both quite easily and the biggest/important factor in my opinion is that Zorua/Zoroark can actually talk when humans both in game and Anime, a Ditto can't.

you can beat Ursula with a mix of electric and dark types, Percival with Ice types, Gaston with Flying types, and Staraptor/Mandibuzz are useful against psychic types, also a ghost is valid because they can learn psychic type attacks and are immune to fight attacks, thing that Gaston specialices in this list, Jafar a Reuniclus, it is a psychich type that learns thunder to chatot, psychich attacks again Arbok, Slowking and Hoopa is a must, also a dark type against Hypno, Zoroark also works against him as Reuniclus, so with the two of them it is probably a garanteed victory, for Scar fighting types or any one that learns some fighting attacks, Against Ratcliff, some Poison attack user and some Plant... some maybe a Venosaur would be good, Against Frollo, Poison and earth types, steel types too. Hades Earth, Steel, Ice/Fairy, FIghting. Shanyu, a Hitmon would be great, or an Arcanine/ pokemon that learns the elemental fangs. And for Clayton a Blaziken would be good. So this is my idea of what kind of counter to use against them

- Giving A Togekiss to Frollo MIGHT BE IMPOSSIBLE. Not only when Togepi comes near a human with an impure heart, the energy that makes people happy quickly disappears leaving it exhausted AND in order for Togepi evolve to evolve into Togetic, it needs A POSITIVE relationship with its Trainer

Here are the Pokemon that would round out these teams:
Ursula- Cursola- It's a dead piece of coral similar to the polyps that her victims become. That and their names rhyme.
McLeach- Feraligatr, Salandit, and Garchomp- Similar reptile Pokemon with his similarly nasty demeanor.
Gaston- Fall Form Sawsbuck- It's to represent the deer that he mounts on his wall.
Jafar- Enamorus- It's another genie that's the closest to his genie form in appearance.
Scar- Weezing, Pyroar, Trevenant, and Mamoswine- Weezing causes the smoke that tends to follow him, Pyroar represents Zira, Trevenant is a dead tree to symbolize how he causes a famine, and Mamoswine is to represent the elephant skeletons.
Ratcliffe- Mega Sableye and Intelleon- Mega Sableye is another Pokemon with a huge amount of bling and Intelleon is here because he is a surprisingly good shot with a 1600's-era musket.
Frollo- Spectrier, Bisharp, and Chesnaught- Spectrier is his black horse and Bisharp and Chesnaught are some knight bodyguards.
Hades- Chandelure and Gengar- Chandelure is another Pokemon with blue flames that can fly and drain life and Gengar is someone who can blend into the shadows to do some recon while also draining life.
Shan-Yu- Falinks, Avalugg, and Steelix- Falinks is an army of a Pokemon while Avalugg and Steelix are here mostly for traversal purposes.
Clayton- Scyther and Mudsdale- Scyther acts as his machete while Mudsdale carries all of his supplies.

I feel like Hades should have been given a Gengar because of how it licks someone to drain their life, and Hades is the ruler of the undead, so he would want a pokemon to collect souls for him.
For Maleficent’s Pokémon team, all her Pokémon will be dark type. A Murkrow would also be a good addition to it and a replacement for her pet Raven Diablo who of course was turned to stone by the Three Good Sisters.

1) Flotsam and Jetsam are Moray eels, not Electric eels. Wouldn't it make more sense for Ursula to have a Gorebyss instead?
2) I'm not sure Gaston, the paragon of manliness, would want to keep a Machamp. Surely having a Pokemon that's physically stronger than him would make Gaston feel insecure?
3) McLeach is NOT "fairly affectionate" towards Joanna, he treats her like dirt most of their on-screen interactions. He'd be better off with a Salazzle instead of a Groyvle.
For Ursula a Zorua or Zoroark too would be a perfect fit, while Ditto do transform in humans Zorua/Zoroark apparently are more expert in shape shifting and a Ditto still limit themself more on copying other Pokémon and rarely humans, while Zorua/Zoroark do both quite easily and the biggest/important factor in my opinion is that Zorua/Zoroark can actually talk when humans both in game and Anime, a Ditto can't.
