I'll take a freshly homemade with love package of tofu over here in the US please! Looks delicious. I made Mapo for the first time over the weekend. Wow! the way the tofu picks up the flavors of the spices. My bucket list is to meet the wonderful lady and her family who taught me about this incredible authentic cuisine.

I love tofu. I can only imagine how delicious homemade tofu is to eat. I also love how the family is so respectful and thoughtful of one another and their friends. In America, we are such a selfish society as a whole. If my broken family tried to make tofu together, we would likely be fighting the whole time and the tofu would probably never get made to completion or someone would end up having to finish it themselves alone.
