Core 7 was made using a device roughly translated to fire drill. Basically you charge the drill with energy adding a vibrational quality to the operation reducing friction. I have a theory that granite could be created using the same principles as concrete and would explain the giant creations. Easy to form then break the mold free from the granite. Once I learned a trade, common explanations didn't make sense. You can have all the people in the world. Without the Tools needed to work the materials, it won't get done. Tools don't come from thin air. They need to be manufactured using other Tools, they break, need maintenance. The explanations we've been given fall to pieces pretty quickly. Some brand of amalgam that hardens to common stone is what I've been thinking too. It would explain the nuns we see. If it was poured, it's possible that space needed to be cleared from the bottom of the 'Form' used as it was being poured to leave the nubs. It's all really neat to think about.

I have a theory that granite can be made into a dust then poured as concrete would today. I don't believe that the sheer weights of the blocks could be explained otherwise. This could fall in line with the 10 year construction theory. A full year of gathering materials and preparing them then down to business. It's amazing what people did before youtube. Happy seeking.

They say that the materials needed to make tools to form the stones didn't exist but you could literally make a tool from the same material as the stone to form it. It's the same hardness as the material being formed so it would work used along with silica sand as a grit and you could drill or cut the stone relatively easily.
