This sounds like an amazing advice and my missing part for this trick but i trully didn't got it. I wind up, pop it and when it's 180 doni in air than i push my right hip where? Forward of direction im going? I want to understand it so bad
Squatting down a little more while crossing your arms will help get tricks off the ground higher. This way when you lunge upwards you have more momentum from the squat and throwing your arms upwards, faster, and harder simultaneously. Meaning, the lower squat and greater momentum of your arms going upwards will send you higher. 👍 Great video! Thanks for the shew links!
yup he killed his energy, so when he had to pop the board high he couldint cause he was tired. cause he do have the stuff right, just needed more energy to pop the board right while scooping it and he would have had one no problem
Something that helped me, is trying to understand the impossible wrap, I pretty much picture attempting and impossible and whipping my shoulders all at once, it genuinely felt easier learning them on the pyramid! I’m still learning them on flat ground, but impossible wrap and whip those shoulders
Landed this trick for several times before but never had it consistent, the “pinch the wheels “ idea is really understandable, can’t wait to try it out🫡🫡Tks for vid, keep it up 🤙🤙
Much Love LocalJoe, been watchin’ you for awhile …. HELPFUL AND MOTIVATING!!!!! If you get time though, do you think you could take a closer look at Any tricks Blake Johnson does???!!! If so I would be a big fan….. not that I’m not Already …
One thing I noticed that you did differently from him is with the arms. He throws his back arm (your left) way back and up. I feel like throwing it up may help you get off the ground higher. I have the same problem with back 3's. Can't pop them high at all.
You're going to have to wind up and swing your shoulders with more force + POP way harder and lean back a bit to get that 360 scoop and full rotation on flat. It's a hard trick on flat lol.
really helped with learning back 1’s i would practice them sometimes but i could never get them down n then i tried pinching the wheel n this helped me so much i learned them within an hour after trying that trick with little practice from before
I’ve been trying back 3s for a while but I can’t get the fully rotation done, and I think it is because my foot is not staying at the board. Can someone help?
i can already back 3 but i was hoping for a tip to rotate them all the way in the air like he does them haha. i get like 270 & have to pivot/slide the rest. but yea i put my feet like i do for tres but i’ll try the impossible foot placement hopefully that helps. and it does definitely help to start unwinding before the pop and pop once ur looking behind makes it a lot easier to get the full rotation since the board follows ur shoulders. also helps if u go a little faster, your momentum going forward will finish the rotation if u land 270 u just gotta stay a little light footed when u land
I can't bs 360 but I somehow find pressure flips pretty easy to do and that's why I'm returning the favor and giving you a trick tip instead of always getting it from you. :) From what I see at around 3:30 I would suggest to try and do the pinch slower. Before poping put a lot of weight on the board with both feet to create the tension. It helps me a lot to kind of leave the back foot on the tail after jumping and removing the front foot and then scooping it with the toes. So instead of just poping the tail you try to sit on it with all your weight for a while (in the pocket just behind the wheel). Only then lift the back foot and the board should rotate by itself. Hope this helps!
Nice vid man 👍 I'm gonna try this always wanted back 3s without the pivot... gotta say you should get pressure flips down they're really fun to play around with an there's loads of variations also they are effortless so when you've ran out of energy or it's hot as fk can just mess around with them.. kind of like shuvs 😂✌
you sre doing pressure hardflips alot of the time, not pressure flips... and that wasnt a kader 360, that was a rocketed half powerslide kick turned "360". the pressured scop is half of it, the other half is pop
Imma tell u rn from experience all I do is back 360 no pocket that’s the one common mistake ppl think about it will start to flip and do everything u don’t want and when u r doing it Ight say u r regular even tho I’m goofy ur back foot is on the tail no pocket flat spot only and when ur bending down to pop swing ur arms and shoulders at same time but THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is to have ur head turned around like sorta like u already landing back 180 but when ur in back 180 out of the 360 ur head is already turned to then ur shoulders and arms r helping u turn full 360 once u bend down wind ur body and have ur head turned while poping and it will whip around like a breeze i promise u u will see what I’m saying after a couple try’s but don’t learn flat if u don’t have high pop learn on little ramp Trust me then take it to flat and it’s like nothing
mate you really need to pop the board higher to get it right, make sure to bend down those knees and you got it. you just need a tad more air and you will get them with ease, trust me on this one.
you relying to much on reverting though, minimal pop and scoop what I've learnt from this video, or more from the kader clips is he does like an almost impossible while rotating so he can lift the board with him bring around full 360
hye Local Joe,since you have done a lot of bs360 try out.would you like to try a basic 180 from the japanase skater(refer MDA skater channel).I would call that trick trendy bs180 hahaha.you should try one ive tried on my friend's new deck and get the exact motion unable to pull it with my own board because the tail really worn out😭😭😭😭
Yo just a word of advice... When you were trying to practice flick those "10" pressure flips, you were actually flicking hardflips instead.. I'm not talking shit btw, but you didn't flick a single pressure flip during any of your attempts. And that's okay! Pressure flips are awkward and I can't do them myself, so I understand the difficulty. The board needs to flip the opposite way thaf your hardflips are flicking... try flicking both of those tricks with your hands in slow motion. You will be able to clearly see the difference bewteeen tricks and understand the proper rotation needed to do each trick properly and separately... 👍
I thought the same thing but if you watch closely they are flipping the correct way as hardflips want to be caught with your toe and these want to be caught with my heel
For pressures the scoop isn't straight back, its like diagonal towards your front foot. Your pressure flips do look wrong even when the rotation is right. Its going the wrong directions. She. You need to catch it your back foot is already on the ground and your solidifying that wrong doing it like that. Idk if you'll be able to jump with that the way you're doing them. Rethink it. Think more shuv it rotation. I could teach you pressure flips, nollie pressure flips in 10 minutes cause you're close, I'd just have to be physically there.
Before trying to master a clean BS 360 Ollie, I would get really good at doing backside 360's on a snowboard or simply jumping 360 (without a board) in the air a lot to get your _body_ used to the rotation. A scoop, and a board sticking to the feet means nothing without a solid 360 body rotation to go with it. 😖 He's right about the shoulders already being in partial rotation before the scoop/ollie starts. Also, don't forget the wind-up or you won't make the full 360 degrees. 🛹 Hope this helps.
I was trying this trick the other day and I was struggling with it. Your videos always help me out bro! Keep killing it!
big fan wavy
You can also, once you are half way around push your hips (the right one if goofy) forwards to get the second half of the trick to come around quicker
Ohh okay rodney mullin
This sounds like an amazing advice and my missing part for this trick but i trully didn't got it.

@@katho714 stop being a tryhard
i never tried back 360 but i landed in few tries after watched ur vid. Thanks man!
It's so sick to see you progress so fast in skateboarding. Def keep it up man
thanks my G I'm trying every day!
How long you been skating for @localjoe?
#skateboarding
I like during the warm-up how the video blends in with the kick and snare 👌
Squatting down a little more while crossing your arms will help get tricks off the ground higher. Meaning, the lower squat and greater momentum of your arms going upwards will send you higher. 👍 Great video! Thanks for the shew links!
Video: 80% warmup 20% back 3
Yea and he doesn’t even fully rotate he does like a back 220 and pivots the rest
Frr
yup he killed his energy, so when he had to pop the board high he couldint cause he was tired. cause he do have the stuff right, just needed more energy to pop the board right while scooping it and he would have had one no problem

Ole mama
Yoooo! Local Joe that's where all your energy is going bro....way to many tricks to get warm and going through progressions
i love back 3s! Tre flip scoop with back 180 flick is how i like to think of them. Definitely will try this technique too!
your the reason why i keep skating and it pushes me to try these tricks keep it up man 💯
Rad breakdown! Great work.. I'll try get the 180 dialled first 😂
Something that helped me, is trying to understand the impossible wrap, I pretty much picture attempting and impossible and whipping my shoulders all at once, it genuinely felt easier learning them on the pyramid! I’m still learning them on flat ground, but impossible wrap and whip those shoulders
yessir can agree
Wooowww that was sick man, I wish I could back 3 as easy as you are making it look. Really makes me want to go try a back 3 😎
You got it man!
1 more little thing that might help is focusing lifting that front foot up and out of the way like on an impossible. really helped for me dude
I was bou to say same thing
Landed this trick for several times before but never had it consistent, the “pinch the wheels “ idea is really understandable, can’t wait to try it out🫡🫡Tks for vid, keep it up 🤙🤙
Subscribed off this video alone. So cool!
Have to get lofty high back 180s locked first. Flat ground 3 is a high ollie trick
Brilliant work again bra, thankyou for your observation and tips, its helped me progress and enjoy my skating alot 😀
Nice dude! In my mind, I can do this trick, but every time I've tried it's been a struggle. Gonna add it to the list.
Bro with your pop and bet you’d have mean back 3’s
I learned this trick thanks to you, THANK YOUUU
Your fits are dope, theyd look so much cleaner with white high socks, try it out💪

Love your vids dude. I'm gonna have to go practice some back 360s now!

great video, you should do a manual hack
You would get much more rotation if you crouch more. Then spring into it as you turn your shoulders.
(i can back 3 or even back 1) but it seems like you’re not popping them high enough and thats why you have to pivot
You should do his pressure flips. They look so effortless
The front foot comes off for most back 3's for some reason?
If you want to get full rotation you gotta bend down lower but that was sick you’ll get them good
You're going to have to wind up and swing your shoulders with more force + POP way harder and lean back a bit to get that 360 scoop and full rotation on flat. It's a hard trick on flat lol.
Been trying this since I saw your comment it helped thank you!
what a scenic skatepark wow
It's such a crazy location for a skatepark

Iv always struggled with backside ollies in general
really helped with learning back 1’s i would practice them sometimes but i could never get them down n then i tried pinching the wheel n this helped me so much i learned them within an hour after trying that trick with little practice from before
I need to try back 3's. Can do it nollie easy tho.
I’ve been trying back 3s for a while but I can’t get the fully rotation done, and I think it is because my foot is not staying at the board.

Key to this trick is to really crouch down and jump/explode up into the 360
You got this one quick
i can already back 3 but i was hoping for a tip to rotate them all the way in the air like he does them haha. i get like 270 & have to pivot/slide the rest. but yea i put my feet like i do for tres but i’ll try the impossible foot placement hopefully that helps. and it does definitely help to start unwinding before the pop and pop once ur looking behind makes it a lot easier to get the full rotation since the board follows ur shoulders. also helps if u go a little faster, your momentum going forward will finish the rotation if u land 270 u just gotta stay a little light footed when u land
Super good
Love this trick bro so good from Costa Rica 🇨🇷🇨🇷🛹
I've had front cabs on lock for like a year but still can't get the back three without landing pivot lol
You were doing pressure hard flip?
Btw Joe, your channel is dope!
Where is this park ! I love the background

Where do you live ? This park looks super scenic
Going to try this out thank you! 🙏🏼
so good 👌👌
Hey broo. My son really like your hat. Whats the name of it?
If we're breaking down back 3s you gotta look at Tyson Bowerbank's back 3

you have my dream shoes
Haha well I don’t actually
what do you mean?
You gotta bend you legs and straiten up your back. Line up your shoulders, and look down.
nice
Do Kader frontside flip….plz
Brother love I know this video old 3:09 but why would you do pressure flips have nothing to do with doing bs 360s
Probably to practice scooping
the secret to pressure flips is to keep ur back foot on as long as possible
Another banger keep it up
Thanks G!
you relying to much on reverting though, minimal pop and scoop
what I've learnt from this video, or more from the kader clips is he does like an almost impossible while rotating so he can lift the board with him bring around full 360
Your pressure flip flip the hardflip way when they suppose to flip the inward heel way

I could do this trick for one day only, probably 1991, and have never been able to do it again.
but it's still, 180 pivot (called bs 360 in game of skate)
Can I play u in a game of skate?
Gotta place your feet as if you were doing a 360 flip.
Bro what shoes are those lol
Shit hard af! Also, collab edit? HMU!
180 revert? 🤷♂️
Ahahahahha, mans didn’t land any 4 wheels. The blind leading the blind
Ray barbee did this in the 90's and with less upper body movement and super lazy sleeze
and he still does it same way in his 50's
The music is so OD bruvvv
I dont understand the point of spending more money on Rep shoes than they are worth retail.
Before trying to master a clean BS 360 Ollie, I would get really good at doing backside 360's on a snowboard or simply jumping 360 (without a board) in the air a lot to get your _body_ used to the rotation. He's right about the shoulders already being in partial rotation before the scoop/ollie starts. Also, don't forget the wind-up or you won't make the full 360 degrees. 🛹
Hope this helps.
Ill be damned you have bs 360 😭👍

few extra bs 180 to be safe XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
