Love your content! My goal was originally 50k but now that I’m in the process of looking for a house in soCal ( so expensive 😫 ) I think I would be more comfortable with 80k at the least. I would like to have some cushion after the purchase. Aquarius besties ❤
I live in California born and raised I'm over the fast living I need slow living so Im leaving this year in December heading towards Montana or Wyoming. I had to prep for 2 months ahead worth of bills and have money for a house it's overwhelming thinking of everything honestly to even own a home
