Hey Jason. It’s the wine room and bar room for me 🍾🥂🍷🍹🍸🥃🧊. His and hers closets and bathrooms? The primary suite with the flex rooms etc is like what ; 2000 sq ft? Love that the backyard summers kitchen is covered. Lots of space to lounge and dine. Pool. Dock. Elevator 🙌🏼. Great 1st & 2nd floor laundry 🧺 rooms. Love the bar. All the guest bedrooms huge. Makes more sense if it was 5 bed, 6 baths because one could be for guests and the other 5 are for each room. Idk that's just my thoughts.
If you ate my mother in laws cooking you'd want all the bathrooms you could get.
People who own homes like these tend to entertain often. You can’t have 200 people lined up to use 1 bathroom. Furthermore if you’ve ever been in a 10K square foot home, you’d find there’s a lot of ground to cover/get to. So it’s also convenience having extra bathrooms around the home. From my experience.

I love the HUGE bedrooms and high ceilings. That loft would make a dope poker area. Beautiful pool. But man, I just can't have that house on the left just all being there like that. Why didn't they put up some high plants on that side of the yard as well? Almost perfect.
