Dodha Barfi
Ingredients-
1 L full fat milk
1 cup / 200 g sugar
80 g daliya (broken wheat)
80 g fresh curd
80 g desi ghee/ clarified butter
Cashews & almonds as per choice
1 tbsp /5 g cocoa powder
2 pinch red food color
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
The ready dodha barfi weighs 800 gm
You can store it in fridge for 1 week
I am using roasted Daliya if you're using unroasted , you can roast it for 1 minute in kadahi
