Had a fun win against her-- picked sticky fingers as Tess and scavenged Unstable Evolution. Unlimited upgrades!

You can also win her by playing tokie first to get frost nova and have hagthe play frost shock and then use tess hero power to get both of them every turn so she can never hit you with her weapon or attack you then you will be left with at least 4 mana every turn to fill the bored and kill her

I tried this strategy and I had one of the weirdest moments ever in all of my time playing Hearthstone. I have used Tess hero power every turn after turn 9 where I played Call of the Wild, and I only got it once. This was after I had started fatiguing Hagatha and she only had 4 cards left. Luckyily I still won thanks to casting Blizzard at least 20 times and First Aid Kit keeping me alive from her Spiritual Dagger! Great guide as always Tommy, always reliable.

If I remember correctly, the hero power and the cannon treasure only works while you have a cannon

Yay, done it, didnt even need to use the last hero. Double time and summon all beasts just made this fight super easy

Brilliant video as ever. I prefer sticky fingers myself, it lowers the cost of every card in your hand and deck that isn't from shaw as well as anything your hero power swipes so it gives you great value plus I find that the two cards a turn from the hero power + start of turn was plenty enough card draw for me. Other than that I prefer to use tess to steal hagathas own removal cards to use against her (particularly hex) then wear her down with minions. Definitely one of the easier encounters.

but the 9 mana cost makes the 1 mana scavenge necessary in this case though

Nope, because if you get it from scavenge it doesn't count as having started in your deck and still gets the discount, becoming an 8 cost. Plus it gets really hard to scavenge the exact spell you want when Hagatha starts getting spammy with spells from her hero power :)
