@Big Mike aka Heavy Mike Also Seagal tends to use much smaller uke and they nearly always just grab for his shoulders, you hardly ever see anyone try to smack him in the mouth lol
I love koshinage as it is somewhat like a judo throw over the hip, but I would just love to see someone implement this throw without relying on the opponent grabbing your wrists first. I know this is how one learns techniques in Aikido, but is there a "real world" application of this technique, i.e. without the wrists being grabbed?

yes this was VERY basic for people with little experience, bt the same mechanics apply for collar sleeve grabs, even from strikes
