Man I recently got a 2k14 Polaris ranger it was already loaded out had the super Atv transmission and front diff 33s on it but had never been snorkeled so I ordered the highlifter snorkel kit and dielectric greased everything I could and it doesn’t shut off in deep water no water gets in my air or belt box but for some reason in deep water it runs almost in limp mode got to have it on the floor for it to go soon as it gets below the seat it’s right back to full power have you ever seen or heard of this happening on rangers?
Yes, seen that many times, including mine still does it to this day. Still haven't found the culprit. But there are a few things to check. Check the boots on the intake that go into the head. They can be cracked and cause that issue. Also could be a cracked boot on the spark plug wires at the coil.
@@3BROFFROAD not what I wanted to hear LOL I’ll definitely check those out has yours ever actually shut off because mine seems like it is about to but I’ve got lucky and it hasn’t no water in my oil anything like that you figure I’d stop putting it under water but that’s what I got it for 😂
Yes, mine has shut off multiple times. Usually, fires right up and has all the power back. That's what drives me the most insane. It's a hard one to diagnose since it's hard to replicate.
Man that absolutely sucks balls guess I’m getting rid of it smh it’s fun mud riding and all but I prefer to put that dash under water I have always had Hondas so not really used to dealing with something like this

Hey! Had a customer having the same issue. It ended up being the plug wires. Not sealing good enough around the coil causing that issue.
Your tearing it up so the rest of us get stuck lol
Trying!!!
