Here's a few techniques that was taught on the first of the two day seminar held at Super City Crossfit gym. In this clip you can see Alvin teaching Pukulan (striking) using the 2nd block/Entry from a jab feed.

its strange that silat creates its own weakness,because the tecniks are so dangerous u cant freefight so many practicioners of it have no reality of the dynamics of real fighting,u can only compensate by sports fighting-a catch 22
