Years ago, I set a small fountain on a fence post before lighting it and from that point on almost every fountain I've lit has been elevated off the ground in some way. Spinning fountains are even cooler but they should definitely be secured to whatever platform you choose to light them from.
Love the ladder! I imagine a non aerial show with a bunch of ladders of various heights blasting fountains while a battle of novelties ensues on the ground below!
Great idea to elevate your fountains! It gives the pyro mixture a chance to do it thing! This is how I'm going to do mine from now on. P.S. "Titanium Crackel" is a good name for a band.
I don’t have a ladder at home but I have a little 3 ft.² plant stand that I’d light my fountains on still better off the ground then on the ground🔥🔥 Great video good fountains
Maybe paint the ladder a flat or matte black! It won't show up much! Great stuff that birthday cake was sweet to say the least! Happy Birthday little one!!!

Just today I was building a wooden platform to go into an 8 foot ladder to put fountains on. I also have a 6 ft ladder with a base that has 3 tubes that hold roman candles. Two pointing slightly outwards, so when both are lit close as possible at the same time, it creates a V shape in the sky as they fire. Then one in the middle to go straight up.
lol cody you are always lighting good spinners on rocks and sand :P When you do them on concrete they work good. I know that you are aware of that bc I have seen you do them on concrete lol

Have you tried putting the same fountain on every step and lighting them all at the same time. Or try lighting them off with a slight delay for every firework placed on each step. It's better if you have 1 on each side
Im guessing you saw the same video someone else use a bar stool and I was like man what a simple idea and makes it way better but a ladder tops a bar stool lol
One thing I'm starting to realize is that colors are less prominent in the cheaper fireworks. Are colors more difficult to incorporate into the firework? They were all good, but that last one was great, had some red & green in it, but not a lot. Do colors take up more space in the firework, or are they just more expensive to make? 👍😎✌🗽
O.K. again my last big firework I think they call it a show stopper the name is called DELIRIUM (500grams) great pyro .put everything away 20minutes later there was Yellow Red glow outside I soaked it and it recaught on fire. Damm what if I put that in the trash!( I drenched that sucker)!!
😂😂 This is why A pyro needs to have at least one metal garbage can with a lid. Even an ash bucket for a fireplace works alright. I let the used fireworks sit in the metal cans outside for at least 2 days before they are brought anywhere near anything flammable.
Sir, when I was "15" I was actually convicted of pyromania it's something I'm not proud of ( I lit one firework 1 in Flagstaff it was a hinder on my police record my whole Life) and the firework I lit didn't even leave the ground!!!!

Having them elevated was a great idea. I could see a lot of them that were breaking below the level of the ladder. That last one was amazing!
I've been doing it the right way, u can also nail spinner wheels on side of ladder with fountain at top. Happy Birthday 🎂 🎉.

Unbreakable came in clutch 🎉 ive never seen them lifted like this. It definitely made a difference for more display.
Now firework companies should start packaging ladders with their safe and sane assortments haha

I think elevated is better but I would try to go about half this height so there is no dead space between the fountain and the ground.

Cody you should check out the 49 shot heavyweight cakes by brothers blood money, turf war, crime scene, inside job. All are great.
