I totally agree with the first comment! I love all your recipes and you should definitely write a book one day, I would be the first to buy it. Every time I watch your videos I come away with something new! I can't tell you enough how much I love and look forward to these xxx
+Amanda Jenkins Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment Amanda! That would be the absolute dream - until then I'll continue to made these videos ;-) Thanks for making my day! X
This is the only RUclips channel I've ever binge-watched for hours. I love your voice and the way you speak. It is so calming and it's fantastic. I've been vegan for almost a year, and I was getting bored of my usual recipes. You have helped me become more inspired in the kitchen, and you're showing me so many ways to eat less bread! Keep up the great work. =)
Jess Beautician im your fans i see all your creative recipe it healthy probably ingredients little expensive but it totally nutritious and delicious keep up the good works
Hi Jess, where is the video where you do the Q&A and tell your vegan story please? This was 4 years I go I know 🤪just interested in your story but can't find the video
This is awesome! Thank you so much for making this video! I am vegan and have been trying to eat healthier since I have been taking a nutrition class this semester. So many "healthy vegans" post "what I eat in a day" videos that are full of packaged "health" foods, added sugar, oils, and other things that I am practicing avoiding when cooking and eating. This video really shows ways to eat delicious foods that are full of whole foods (minimally processed). The jam bars look divine - what a perfect way to use up the freshly picked strawberries I stored in my freezer! Thanks again
+first1breath Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! I feel I enjoy my food so much more when I've made it and know what has gone into it - definitely, vegan food never has to leave you feeling hungry, it can be so filling without being bland or boring! Yep, it's a great way to use up fruit :-) X
I am amazed.. this is by far one of the best channels for healthy recipes I have found. I am not vegetarian but am trying to incorporate as much of a plant based diet into my life as I can and your recipes look delicious. Also very impressed with your healthy substitutions and how you make your meals yourself (jam, ice cream, sauces)! Thank you
Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! Plant-based doesn't have to mean boring, you can find alternatives for absolutely everything now and you can get so creative with cooking and recipes - good for you for wanting to introduce more plant-based foods! :-) X
Dear Jessica, I really really love your what I eat in a day videos. They're by far the best ones I've ever seen! Love them. I will try some of your recipes soon. Thank you for sharing
+imvlm Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment! Haha, ah I wish I could - they just take me so long to edit together but I'm doing one every week! :-) X
Love Strawberries too. I make a frozen Strawberry Drink. All I use is frozen strawberries, some water and truvia. Reminds me of slurpies. Only healthier.
+Jamie Crisp Ah I agree, I make this all the time come the summer months - I'm going to try it next time with coconut water and a squeeze of lemon, kind of like a 'flat' strawberry lemonade ;-) X
Thankyou for these videos, especially since alot of them are simple!! I have been vegetarian for a year and lactose intolerant so I'm not quite vegan but I still sometimes have dairy, so these recipes are a life saver I am loving thus video I will have to make some for myself!!
so creative with cooking. thank God for people like you on utube because I am new to vegan and have no idea how to put things together. Everything looked good
I'm just starting on a vegan diet and i'm finding a lot of healthy meals just don't look appealing or look nice but sound like they might not taste nice, and as i'm at the start of my journey i really need to pick foods that appeal and taste nice too, THIS is the first lot of recipes I've seen that truely look super healthy and super delicious! I can't wait to try them, thank you so much for sharing!
+teesha123 That's so amazing to hear - good for you, you're doing an amazing thing! Vegan food definitely doesn't have to be bland or boring, you just have to get a little creative and it can be super delicious :-) Thanks so much for the lovely comment and for watching, hope you love the recipes if you try any! X
I love these videos so much Jess. I'm not vegan but your recipes are really helping me incorporate more plant-based meals into my diet. They are so easy to follow and I can tell you love doing them. Keep 'em coming!
+Kate Stanton Ah thanks so much for watching Kate! So glad they can help you - I link to some incredible videos/documentaries which completely changed my life in the description box of 'What I Eat', highly recommend watching them if you're interested in more plant-based meals :-) I'll keep them coming! X
Use raspberries instead of strawberries as they will have a more tangy flavour, I find when my sister has done strawberry/raspberry cheesecake the raspberry always wins hands-down for flavour xxx
Your What I Eat In a Day videos are literally the BEST! Superb quality, great editing and great simple but not boring recipes! Keep up the great work and keep them coming! :-)
I just watched 8 videos. Lots of heathy choices.. Thank you for all your delicious videos.. Actually your what i ate in a day are by far the BEST. Great job!
I love seeing what delicious recipes you make each week. The falafel wraps sound like the perfect lunch. You need to start writing a Vegan cookbook - ebook.
+Vicki Bruce (Lets Talk Beauty) Ah thanks so much Vicki! They really were, so good - I ate them for about 3 days in a row haha! I'm definitely going to think about an ebook! X
I want to make every recipe in this video! I really need to start copying down the recipes now because I'm about ten episodes behind 😨 so excited to try the lentil cakes and the falafel Caesar wraps. Thanks for all the great recipes! It's making it easier to transition that's for sure 😊
It is totally by far my absolute favourite #what I eat In a day# video!!! ..I wish I had a friend like you! Btw I've watched it more than 10 times... You are so inspiring! *Actually I'm suffering from eating disorder... I binge and the next day I would eat literally nothing... But your videos give me such motivation to follow a regular and healthy diet. Couldn't love them more.
+Song Tang Thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching them! Ah that's so amazing - I'm so glad they have motivated you and have inspired you to eat healthier, I'll definitely keep them coming in that case! :-) X
Seriously the best vegan "What I eat in a day" videos ever! I just get so excited whenever you upload them! :) The cucumber sandwiches were my favourite, so yummi!!
+Nayelih Amber Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching Nayelih! It makes me so happy that they make you so excited! The cucumber snacks are pretty good ;-) X
i made these red lentils cakes yesterday and omg, they are by far the best thing i've ever eaten since going vegan and even my mom liked them ^~^ thanks for the amazing recipe !
New subscriber here! I'm currently watching all of your what I eat in a day videos. They're so well edited and all of your recipes are things that I would actually want to try and make. You have such a sweet, approachable, calm way of explaining everything too. Today I'm going to make that strawberry crumble! And lastly, I'm SO jealous of your gorgeous gray kitchen :)
+Kishmish Kitchen Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching too! Hope you love the strawberry crumble, I'm so obsessed making it with all kinds of fruits - a viewer asked how they could make a banana one, so that's next for me, haha! Ah thanks so much, it's the tiniest kitchen but it's pretty cute :-) X
these videos are brilliant Jess well done! very inspirational, I've been plant based for 4 months, best decision ive ever made but sometimes I get stuck in a rut with eating the same things but videos like yours make it easy to find new things to try! thankyou xx
+Emily Smith Ah thanks so much for the lovely comment Emily! I agree, it's the best decision in life I've ever made too - I'd never go back! That can be the way for me too sometimes, but coming up with new ideas is super exciting and I just want to show that it never has to be bland or boring! :-) X
I have just discovered your channel and I'm so glad I did!! Your "What I eat in a day" videos are so so so so great!! I watched them all today and let me tell you how creative and accurate you are. Your videos get better and better, and even more beautiful. Now I have tons of ideas of what i can eat too :) Thank u and congrats. I'm definitely suscribing to your channel. Mua!!!!
+Mekarecita Ah too kind, thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching - I'm so glad you enjoy them and you can take away a few meal ideas from them! Much love :-) X
Another amazing video Jess! I am very happy to say that I have now taken the plunge and am now vegan :) So far its going well... your recipes have definitely kept me inspired, I have really been enjoying trying lots of new foods and flavours :) xxx
+shadowingthesun Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment! Yay! That's so amazing - good for you! So glad you find these inspiring, but I've linked to some other videos and documentaries in the description box which changed my life and made my decision to go vegan, I still watch them now - highly recommend them if you have the free time! Thanks again :-) X
+JessBeautician I totally have been watching the documentaries that you have linked in the description box I recently watched 101 reasons to go vegan, all I can say is wow. All I can think about is how naive I was in the past. The easy way is to ignore it and never think about the reality but its just so shocking and wrong. Glad to be plant based and ethical now. xx
thank you so much for your videos! you are one the few people who break away from just rice and salad for every meal and it's refreshing to be inspired to make something new :) (granted I do still like rice and salad lol)
+Hestina Nightingale Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! Haha, I'm with you - I love rice and salad, especially together ;-) But it's all about putting a twist on things and making it a bit more exciting! X
+Simona Škytová Ah yay, hope you love them if you try them Simona and as I say, you can make them with all kinds of fruits :-) I love oats, they're so versatile and great for desserts! Thanks for watching X
I've decided to slowly ease myself into becoming vegan as I have been a vegetarian for over six years. This is by far one of the most helpful and creative vegan videos I've seen as of yet and I've not even finished watching it!
+Aleksandra Janek Ah thanks so much for the lovely comment Aleksandra and for watching! I was also vegetarian for years and years before going vegan, it makes it less of a leap for sure! :-) X
I have just started my journey toward being vegan. I am currently pescatarian (for the last month). Thanks for the beautiful recipes! Helps me believe I can transition completely.
+Ally Joy Ah that's amazing, good for you Ally! I was also pescatarian before going vegan and never thought I could give up cheese - definitely check out the documentaries in the description box for more inspiration, they changed my life for the better! Thanks so much for watching :-) X
Have to say I’m a total meat eater and I always will be, but your videos have inspired me to really reduce my meat intake! I absolutely hate salads and I used to think eating veggie based meals was all salads, but this has really challenged that mindset :) thanks for your interesting videos!
+Olivia A Ah thanks so much for watching Olivia! I don't really have any cookbooks at the moment but I'll be answering a question similar to this in my next video :-) X
OMG I cant believe you answered my question. Lol. Looking forward to see it Jess. Ive been following your channel for quite sometime now and Im glad to see how it changes to this direction. keep up the good work!
Just added all the ingredients to my Ocado trolley to make the spicy lentil cakes. These look so yummy! Can't thank you enough for these videos Jess, I literally squeal a little when I see them pop up in my sub box! Can't wait to try more recipes. You are making my vegan diet so much fun! This time last year I would have said I couldn't go vegan from vegetarian as I love cheese, cream, milk too much etc but it's so so easy and I'm enjoying cooking so much more xxx thank you xxx
+Glitters Pink Ah so jealous - I can't wait to shop with Ocado when I'm back in the UK! Hope you love the lentil cakes - chickpea flour took me ages to get used to and I still don't like the taste if I use too much, so don't use any more than 2 tbsp!! Exactly the same for me, just over a year ago I would have laughed if you'd ever told me I'd be vegan, I was the biggest cheese fiend but never again, it's so easy and delicious and most importantly, cruelty free :-) Thanks so much for the lovely comment! X
+JessBeautician thanks for tip Jess I may try brown rice flour first just incase! You'll love Ocado when back in the UK it's been a life saver for me this past few months whilst transitioning. Crazy how things can change, this is the best change I've made so pleased I took the plunge now and like you say, cruelty free 👍🏻 xxx
Your food looks amazing!! I love the variety, the appeal, incorporating gorgeous snacks and desserts and nutrition on all of them! Definitely saving this to make later. I'm so happy to find new vegan channels! Subscribed!
+tritawan ruttivut Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching/subscribing too - definitely, vegan food never has to be bland and can always be both delicious and nutritious! :-) X
+Apple April Ah thanks so much for watching! I used to love caesar salad too - it can be made with vegan mayo too but I'm obsessed with this cashew dressing! Hope you like if you try :-) X
+Louise Hill Oh my, banana crumble sounds amazing! I would make the base and pop it in the oven first for 20 mins like in this recipe, remove, then just mash the bananas straight on top, they'd be sweet enough on their own I'd imagine, add the topping and cook for the same amount of time. Only issue would probably be that the banana goes brown maybe whilst cooking or after a day or so if you store them, that never bothers me though :-) X
All of the good looks amazing! The crumble reminds me of a black cherry crumble that was my favorite from Rainbow Foods in Norwich. I really want to move back.
+carrie mimi Ah that sounds so amazing - I'm going to have to check that out next time I'm home, Rainbow Foods is my heaven, haha! Thanks so much for watching :-) X
I'm currently not a vegan, but these videos inspire me and move me in that direction! Eating out seems to be the hardest when it comes to becoming vegan.
+STEPHANIE SAMUELS Ah thanks so much Stephanie! Definitely watch the documentaries when you get the chance, they're seriously inspiring! Eating out can be difficult but it's something you learn to work with - I did this video: What I Eat Out (Vegan) #1 | JessBeautician which might give you a few tips for eating out as a vegan :-) X
This is my new favorite RUclips channel! Beautiful and delicious recipes! Any way you would consider translating your recipes into American English? Like Fahrenheit instead of Celsius? And how many ounces are in a "mug"?
Yum! I'm yet to try a raspberry version but I think that will be the best - the dessert would be amazing with raspberry nice-cream too ;-) Thanks for watching! X
Thank you so much for these recepies. I am trying to go vegetarian/vegan a couple of meals a week so I'm kinda flexitarian lol. I'm trying to reduce my consumption of meat but I'm not sure that I agree with cutting it out completely. These recepies are perfect as I don't like foods that mimic meat products. This just doesn't seem like it would be healthy to me. I will definately try these recepies over the next few weeks. Thanks a mill xxx
I'm not a vegan but I love your videos!! Within this past year I've been transitioning towards a plant based diet. Your videos have given me so much insperation. Thank You!
+GodsGirl Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! I'm so glad you find them inspiring! That's amazing, good for you - I always link to some incredible documentaries in the description boxes of these videos, they taught me so much when wanting to go vegan, I'd highly recommend checking them out if you get the time! :-) X
i realy love this video as it is really creative, you do many recipies and every single one looks delicious and extremely appetising. You use products which are easy to find at home (even for non vegans except nutritional yeast dunno where to get that) and create ideas which i would have never thought of before. I will certianly be recreating the lentil patty cake and cucumber sandwiches so thank you!!
Nutritional yeast can be found at natural food stores or health food stores. However, if you aren't vegan you can replace it with parmesan cheese as it has a similar taste and texture (in my opinion).
+Sasha Peters Thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! Hope you love the recipes if you try them! Nutritional yeast you should be able to get from most health food stores or on Amazon/iHerb.com - as the viewer above said it's very similar to parmesan cheese (I still recommend nutritional yeast, it's an amazing source of vitamin B12 and is much better for your health, plus doesn't involve animal cruelty!), the taste is there but it's a powder so doesn't go stringy like cheese, but you can get vegan mozzarella made from rice milk if you're looking for melty cheese :-) X
Nice idea. I use to make falafel salads may be you should try one day. in a bowl mix chopped onion, chilli, tomato crumble the falafel salt pepper drizzle of olive oil if you want too. mix well that's it😊
I totally agree with the first comment!

Glad to be plant based and ethical now. xx
I love your 'what I eat in a day' videos! You always have the most yummiest food x
+Sasha Millar Ah thanks so much for the lovely comment Sasha - and for watching! :-) X

thank you so much for your videos! you are one the few people who break away from just rice and salad for every meal and it's refreshing to be inspired to make something new :) (granted I do still like rice and salad lol)
+Hestina Nightingale Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! Haha, I'm with you - I love rice and salad, especially together ;-) But it's all about putting a twist on things and making it a bit more exciting! X
I don't know why but your videos make me so happy :) I really love your accent!! Great video.

I love how everything is homemade! Very creative
+Dania al Thank you so much for watching! :-) X
Crazy how huge the variety of vegan food can be. Never expected that😍
I love these videos, they're so inspiring! Especially for breakfast when I'm looking for a boost and am totally out of ideas. Thanks!

You seem to have ENDLESS ideas!! Totally loving your videos.
Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! :-) X
Have to say I’m a total meat eater and I always will be, but your videos have inspired me to really reduce my meat intake! I absolutely hate salads and I used to think eating veggie based meals was all salads, but this has really challenged that mindset :) thanks for your interesting videos!
Every little helps, even small changes by reducing meat intake :-) Thanks so much for the lovely comment and for watching! X
All those recipes looked so good. Thank you for sharing. I will have to try them for sure.
Hope you love them if you try them! Thanks for watching! :-) X
Yum, that slice looks divine! I want to make it now! xxx
+Krissy Ropiha (Pretty Wee Things) It's such a great snack, plus you can make it with so many different types of fruits! Thanks for watching :-) X
Hey Jessica, beautiful video. Could you please make a video of your top 5 fave cook books and explain to us why you love it. Thaaaank youuuu
This all looks amazing! So excited to have found your Chanel !
+Maddy Cuskelly (beautymad) Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching Maddy! :-) X
One of the best what I eat in a day videos I've seen, subbed! ❤️
+Aileen O'Neill Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching/subscribing Aileen! :-) X
Looks amazing as always! Ceasar salad used to be my favorite dish before I went vegan, so definitley can't wait to try your recipe!!!
+Apple April Ah thanks so much for watching! I used to love caesar salad too - it can be made with vegan mayo too but I'm obsessed with this cashew dressing! Hope you like if you try :-) X
Loved this video - last night i watched some of your past ones and came up with my weekly meal plan! you've really encouraged me :) x
+Louise Hill Ah thanks so much for the lovely comment Louise! So glad they've helped encourage you :-) X
+JessBeautician thank you!! how would you make banana crumble bars? x
+JessBeautician thank you!! how would you make banana crumble bars? x
Thank you so much!! Definitely going to try this :) x
That Strawberry sundae is to die for!
+abundanceoferica Ah sundaes are just the best ;-) X
Even though I'm not vegan myself your videos make me want to become a vegan every time 😜😜😘
Then become one ;)
try some of her meals! they're so yummy.
+Courtney Lynne Ah thank you so much Courtney! :-) X
#govegan
I just found your channel and I've been loving your what I eat in a day videos!
+ItzaMeylin Ah thank you so much for watching them! :-) X
The crumble slice looks incredible, I will be trying it with raspberries as I prefer them to strawberries. That dessert also looks amazing :D
+JessBeautician Thank you I will check them out!
Wow so happy I found you! Best what I ate in a day videos I've ever seen
+Sabrina Bias Ah too kind - thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching Sabrina! :-) X
Love love love your videos. Please make more of these. And consider making a cook book!☺️
+kim Catfish Thanks so much Kim - there's a new one coming this week ☺️ A cookbook would be the dream, maybe one day! X
I'm neither vegan or even vegetarian but I love watching these and gaining inspiration...especially the breakfast items
+courtney harrigan Ah that's great to hear! Thanks so much for watching and glad you enjoy them :-) X
Hi there! How long would the dressing last in the fridge? Thank you!!
You should make an ebook of all of the recipes from your what i eat in a day videos!! ❤️❤️
+LisaMarie Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment Lisa! Here's hoping one day, I'd love that ☺️ X
No Problem, your videos are amazing! 💓
i realy love this video as it is really creative, you do many recipies and every single one looks delicious and extremely appetising.
Nice idea. I use to make falafel salads may be you should try one day. in a bowl mix chopped onion, chilli, tomato crumble the falafel salt pepper drizzle of olive oil if you want too. mix well that's it😊
+Pascale Devalet Ah thanks so much for the great idea - I'll definitely give this one a try ☺️ X
I will definitely try the banana and strawberry ice cream!! Looks sooo good!
+nanda doc Hope you love it! :-) X
