You should always post the information on the fabric you are using in these sew along videos. In my experience people struggle with this the most as there are sooo many fabrics online.
I LOVED this video - it was one of the best I have seen for a Sew Along video. My only (minor) criticism would be that it could have been slightly shorter, as you did not need to show BOTH cuffs and BOTH sleeves being prepared and inserted, as obviously this is unnecessary duplication. Otherwise 10 out of 10!
Hi! It is called Automatic Buttonhole Foot. I'm sure it can easily be found online or at any sewing supply store. It only works with machines which do buttonholes automatically (1 step).
Hi! Once printed, I copy the size I need with a tracing wheel on craft paper; you may also use pattern paper. I use a soft surface (the green cutting mat) to make it easier.

Can woven fabric, like coarse linen, be used?
Hi! I would not recommend this pattern for woven fabrics. You may come up with good results, but this pattern was created for knit fabrics.
How do you make the templates? I understand you can print them however what material are you using that you trace around?
