How about using a foam cannon soap first, follow with this product by bucket & dry? Nice to see a products video again. I always watch your videos. I understand why you've been absent
Here’s a great tip when using this Mothers Ceramic wash: Use it together with a well sudsing/foaming wash. I use it direct on a mit. The slickness is day and night better than TW which I have used also. After the wash it will leave a white residue. This is the ceramic drying on the surface which is a good thing. To get it off and get the shine and hydrophobic action you need to wash it a second time with only the good foaming wash, not the Ceramic wash. After doing this 2nd wash will you see the results and you will see that although more time consuming than other washes the results are at the top of any wash you may have used previously. No disrespect to the person that did this video, seems this video was rushed. I can use it no matter how hot or cold it gets and get similar results every time. I agree the directions should explain this process.
Long time no see..... so glad your up and running😀 Will we be seeing any foam cannon fridays again???? Congratulations on being a pilot 🛩 please put out more content soon👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
of course buddy;) I already plan to. I will still be learning to fly more and adding more abilities to my training book but I plan to make videos more regularly again.
Its nice to have you back! I'm hooked on the turtle wax hybrid line. I haven't tried anything new from mothers yet. Thanks for the review and congratulations on the pilots license!
I found some new products at Walmart. Would you try them? Seafoam has a detail spray and an interior detailer. Since when do they make detail products?
I doubt it because it's based for this sort of thing but I would continuously rub my mitt over the grit guard at the bottom and wash it in clean water before going back. That mitt is toast and will now be used for wheels only lol.
@@Acc0rd79 I appreciate your honest reviews. They really help me make decisions. I've been using Turtle Wax for almost 18 years now, but I, like you, test other products to see how well they work.
You should try Gyeon Bathe+. It’s meant to be a wash+wax but at the end of the wash you can put some soap on the mitt and go directly to the panel to put a lot better protection. Esoteric Detailing channel can explain it better
I know that Gyeon makes some great products but I generally stay away from that order online stuff as the majority of people never will watch or buy it.
I think people are so carried away wth suds and foam that they think anything that doesn't foam is not good. I think this is a good soap. The fact that it doesn't foam crazy actually lets you see the dirt and grime in the car while washing also while rinsing your mitt. With heavy foam you know the result only after rinsing. In the worst case, you could use this to rinse off after your fav foamy wash and then wipe dry. You know this product can be applied directly without dilution and just wipe dry for that ceramic coating. Mothers just did a bad job of advertising or educating the public on how to use it.
Congratulations on getting your license man! I’m 19 and am looking at getting my pilot license as well. Something I’ve always been interested in since I was a freshman in high school. Hope it all goes well for you in your new job.
Ha! If that’s the dirtiest your car has ever been I couldn’t imagine what you would do if you lived in an area that snows along with salt being sprayed on the ground I think you’d go insane 😂, great review as always.
I don't know what this guy's talking about its suds up pretty good when I mixed it I like the stuff I don't see why you can't use it as a regular car wash and who really cares if it has it has a scent I don't as long as it does a good job people look at more than one review I don't agree with this guy
The nice thing is that you only need 1 ounce per gallon with the Mother's where Turtle Wax wants you to use 3 ounces per gallon. From that perspective, Mother's is a far better value. The other good thing is that, as much as we all love suds, you don't need them to wash a car. I honestly see that as being a downfall to all the ceramic washes because I don't think people will be able to get past that expectation.
I always look for your reviews before buying anything for my car!😊
Thank you, I know i'm just that random dude with my 2 cent thoughts but it does mean a lot!
Agreed, specially you review OTC products

Glad to see you back with some of the most honest reviews on RUclips!
Yah just back to have some fun but will be flying and doing the next level of pilot training soon:) Hopefully it's not as stressful.

Glad to be back:)
Great to have you back brother

Thank you for that:) Yah I really was impressed by how far Turtle Wax has come as well.
was it a slick feeling after the wash
Was this looking more like water ? I just bought one brand new, but the white part was removed already and this looks like water and soap
welcome back
I found some new products at Walmart. Would you try them? Seafoam has a detail spray and an interior detailer. Since when do they make detail products?
I just bought that new Armor all foam car wash so I plan to try that on the van this week.
Great to see you again! Was wondering where you disappeared to. :)
The blue skies!
Ok. I was wondering about the suds. It’s like I was using almond milk on my truck. Thanks!
I have used the stuff and it does Suds up after a while it goes kind of flat but it does suds
Hi mate. Welcome back. Congrats on the pilots license. With no lubricity and no suds will it cause marring to the paint?

Nice to have you back
Thank you!
Congrats on the license!🛩 but aren't some car shampoos, just less sudsy, but yet effective at cleaning?🤔
Of course, it's always been a mental thing for me and I enjoy seeing the suds.
Thanks for letting me know if I should or should not buy it .
:) That's the plan buddy, give my 2 cents and let you decide from there.
Welcome back maverick!
Time to buzz the tower!
What’s your best car wash recommendation?
over the counter? Meguiars Gold, Mothers wash and wax, Eagle One Nano wash and wax.
Have you heard of that seafoam exterior detailer??? heard of their additives for the motor but just seen they have exterior detailer at walmart...
Where you get your bucket wheels 🤔
I use the TW version of this in conjunction with the TW foam in the foam cannon. It works well for me.
Great to hear!

maybe in the future, no set day.

A new job is 3 years out and a lot more money. The license alone cost around 15k so be prepared.
Acc0rd79 Thanks for the advice.
Ayyy welcome back bro! Hope you post more often now!
I'll do my best!
To get more foam you can use a paintmixer with a screwdriver. Thats what a do at least.
I live in the UK. My car is exactly the same as yours, very good choice my friend (That includes the colour).
Welcome back!
Glad to be back:) Studying was stressing me out but I will start instrument rating soon!
I knew I liked you for some reason, I saw a few of your videos and now it makes sense, your a pilot 😂 what school are you attending?
Lovely Jubbly, one of my favourite reviewers on RUclips.
haha Thanks!

The blue Prelude has been in snow a lot if you can see. I visited aunt's up in Rochester, NY. I had the entire under car cleaned while I was there.
We've missed your reviews!
:) I was busy flying so much I was too stressed out to even make them!
Missed u !!
agree glad he is back
I agree. The Turtle Wax version is better.
Maybe you could try Gyeon bathe+, it's basically the same concept
Possibly, I need to play some catch up first.

Congrats on the pilot license!
Yah buddy, childhood dream achieved, now I hope to make an airline pilot on the next 3 years and retire from my current job.
You should try the new armor all snow foam for foam friday
Already bought it:) I will be trying it on the minivan.
Make sure........ that u land that joker 100% of the time!!!!!!! Safely that is... lol
:) Yes sir! I might actually go flying right now for some fun.
Congrats!
Thank you buddy!
Congrats on your becoming a pilot!
Is the Private plane coming soon?! Lol
yup, that's the plan. Renting alone cost us around 7k for my training!

I think the CMX line is made for the guy who understands that though and wants a higher level of perfection which is more than fine with me.
@@Acc0rd79 that's good with me too. It just makes me nervous when I've already seen complaints in detailing groups about it not having suds.
Hello stranger 😉😂
Hello!!
Finnnaly
I tried it and it sucks I mean horrible don’t buy it waste of money
I always look for your reviews before buying anything for my car!😊
Thanks:) I'm just that average joe, but I do like to give my 2 cents and let people use it how they see fit.
Glad you are back.
