When i do a workout, the app only shows a graph, no data, just a coloured line and nothing else. Even on the front history page its just a blank white box with a date. The date and time are correct. Then when you go in there is 2 graph lines and the symbols on the left but literally no other information. Any ldeas on why it doesn't import data properly?
The phone will not connect with bleutooth.On fitcloud app is connect but if i press the bleutooth button on my phone and select the watch than it says you need an app for this.I have the app already.

Bro it is saying that the app do not have some permissions to connect, but I have given every permission??

How come my watch raise to
Wake only works sometimes? The option is weird btw set a time? Lol!
You can set the time so it doesn't work at night and also check if its only to worl when the screen is off
