Knowing that this song is part of the Undead Alice album makes me wonder if this song is really all that happy. Considering how that song Undead Alice seems to be about someone in a toxic relationship that gives constant positive affirmation to their partner while denying everyone else, it feels like this song could simply be looking at that situation with a more positive filter. Plus, with MANNEQUIN showing a clear connection between the songs with some of the visuals in the music videos, it is entirely possible that Deco 27 was connecting these songs as well.
My Anti-Depression song, the best ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for the translation, I would suggest putting them a lil higher because the second line blends with the Japanese lyrics. Sending love 🌸
The many different styles that are only a bit different and the lyrics maje this song seem a bit less happy then assumed. Also DecoNina old style wasn't exactly as bright as people give ot credit for hehe
Something is wrong... I think this is not a happy song... Does "We can't stop" means that we have to keep on smiling without notice any our consquences? Does "I'm sorry and Help me is no help" meaning you do something wrong but you have to keep on smiling without learning anything from it? And the illustration, Look one of Miku's eye. Do you see it? There was a small tear on her right eye, There is no one theorizing this song other than saying "DECO*27 old style is back" or "It's very positive song!" They said... But nobody is theorizing it so let me theorize it My thoery is that it's all about Miku trying to help someone who is sad but she ignore the consquences around her and she said "Just keep on smiling" it's like depressive person and tells to him/herself 'Just Keep Smiling and everything will be okay' while depression worsens and worsens until the breaking point... Idk maybe it's my personal theory or I'm just overreacting but anways great for subbing this! 👍
I think I agree with you, though my main point of suspicion came from [I'm not wrong, but if someone says "no, that's not right," I won't support anything that denies you]. To me, that reeks of being connected to Undead Alice (the song). Even more so since Undead Alice is also the name of the album. Add on to that the fact that the songs in MANNEQUIN seem to be connected and it isn't too far of a stretch that Deco 27 could connect the stories like this. Your idea about telling a depressed person to smile and be happy also lines up with an Undead Alice theory I saw about how the song is from the perspective of someone with a suicidal and abusive lover.

Miku: "We can't stop"
YEAAAHHHHH!!
This deserves to be popular
I agree
Right, so I see this song as being about comforting a suicidally depressed person. Not exactly a positive parade, but a single positive float, it is.
