Looking at Transmission Gully over Battle Hill. This is the Battle Hill Farm Park, a good place to see a working farm, open to the public daily. Has a wetland and walking, horse and cycle trails.

why cant they run this 24/7 in the summer??

They just work one shift per day. I doubt that there is much incentive to pay workers overtime pay. The access ways to the project are a little bit difficult, the large companies would not want to take on the hazard liability, as far as I know, company directors are personally responsible for workplace accidents, directors cannot insure away their liability or punishment.
