Windows update is missing from services.msc
You may have malware which deleted it

Follow Steps :
1. Run cmd as administrator, then type: regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
2. Delete the existing "wuauserv" service in the Registry Editor navigate to
HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet \ Services\ wuauserv
3. Download file and Merge "w7-wuauserv.reg" into the registry

4. Reset computer

it said wuaueng.dll was loaded but the entry point dllregister was not found. what should i do?

I did all steps and still not working for me i have windows 7 ultimate
Termservice on Windows server 2012 R2 does not start, gives error. Failed to read description. Error code 2.
