- Newton’s 3 laws of Force play a major rule in Wing Chun. In this video I just want to touch on deforming force and restored force. If you want me to make videos discussing force within the Wing Chun system let me know. I love the physics behind it.
Wow sifu. Amazing stuff . Please do more videos 👍💪.
Thanks for the comment. I will do 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Excellent video Shifu! Looking forward to part 2
Glad you enjoyed it. Ill keep them coming. Thank you bro.
@@SifuChrisCollins if I had you as my physics professor, might actually have passed.
P.S Chris is new age up man reborn! Enjoyed you in Ip Man 4. Donnie was awesome in Star Wars, hence why I went. We need you a new age Jedi then circle is complete ✅!
That would be EPIC
Dear master, this is a great job, thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. space) in the technical bases of your style without the vectors of forces there is no work of forces nor creation of energy and absence of work. without understanding the basic notions of mathematics, physics will be vague dear master. one of you friend from Tunisia (professor and researcher in mathematics)
I’m making another video as we speak. 👍🏼
Amazing video SIfu ! Loved to see the scientific explanation behind the deforming and reforming force. The physics is really really cool I think and I would love to see more. This is very exciting to see!! Please make more!
Thank you brother. That means a lot. I will do. I hope you are well!!!
@@SifuChrisCollins Thank you Sifu, same here!!!
Great video. I want a wooden dummy to help me regain motion in my shoulder. As Wing Chun has a lot of shoulder movement it will help with my motion and strength as well for my very screwed up shoulder.
Nice video Sifu!
Nice video Sifu ! With great scientific background to back up the understanding ! Looking forward to watching more videos
Thanks. I’ll keep them coming! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you sifu chris, great series of videos.. Waiting next parts
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
So cool that you started making more content, I was waiting to see more of your awesome work!
Thank you. Yah, my students are lighting a fire under me 😂
@@SifuChrisCollins good! Listen to them haha
You keep it real and have an extensive background so it is important that you are sharing knowledge
🙌👌🏼
Trapping develops excellent qualities but which in real fight are very limited as application possibilities. There is too strong and fast inertia to fall from boxing distance to grappling, that's the point. It is probably the structure of the human body. So trapping is a super thin work in an area halfway between hitting and grabbing that is very "evanescent". Maybe he doesn't deserve that much time to train. What do you think about it? With a lot of respect for your work.
Timing is everything and I believe it’s about harnessing as many qualities as possible so at the correct moment we can apply our skill sets. To trap we must be willing to enter the eye of the storm not stay at long range
@@SifuChrisCollins Thanks for your answer! I agree, you can't stay in long distance too much, because the structure of our body pushes us to end up in grappling (like clinch in boxing). The management of distance and timing are so important that I consider them a form of "cognitive trapping" that precedes physical contact. The hypothesis that I share (it is not a certainty but a serious doubt) is that "the eye of the storm" is too short and fast in real fights. If you don't end up sooner with kicks, punches, elbows, etc. you immediately end up grappling standing or on the ground.
In analogy with the fights between ancient Galleons: first there was a fencing of cannon shots and then the boarding, with no middle ground. What do you think about it? Thanks again for your time.
❤🙏
Sifu collins is tha best
I Love You Chris wat in Belgium adres Almost no win chun
I’d love to come to Belgium and teach. Hopefully this spring in Europe
I'm from Costa Rica and I love Chinese martial arts...
I hope to visit Costa Rica one day
