People legit don’t understand sensory overload and the anxiety that comes with it. The worst is when you’re so burned out and need to be a wee bed burrito for a few days to recover (sometimes more than a few days 😂) ❤

Living in NYC is thee worst for my personality type! I’m a INFJ and I get sensory overload constantly 😢 I just want to live on a a farm!!! I went to Paris last week and was so stressed out due to the amount of people out on the streets in the rain, I thought traveling there while it’s cold and wet would be better 😢
