  • Last run on the HO layout in June 2013 before the layout was dismantled, good memories remain! This layout depicts in loose manner Baltimore and Ohio railroads West End from Keyser to Grafton WVa, the first crossing of the Allegheny mountains by a railroad.
Looking back it is difficult to believe how many trains were run during their last session, must have a great revenue day for the B&O! A typical coal drag run over the this railroad lasted close to a half an hour.
After eight years, its great to look back, this layout provided countless hours of fun, and yes, sometimes frustration. It took about two decades to built and was nearly finished when it came down.
