Moderat has gotten me through so many different phases in my life, so excited to have them back again.
I once saw them play live in an old church in London, the acoustics were incredible, one of the greatest sounding shows I’ve ever been to.

That would be amazing! I’ve only ever seen Modeselektor live- but am going to see Moderat this fall.
I saw you live back in 2017. A lot of things happened that night: A couple of friends bought false tickets and they couldn’t make to the show. I also got mugged and then beaten. I seriously considered not going to the concert, I was upset and my excitement was pretty much gone. I’ve never seen you live before, not even Apparat or Modeselektor so I really didn’t know what to expect for a live show. I decided to get in, alone, then I spent what was left of my money in one beer and stared at the stage for about 15 minutes, thinking about what shitty day that was.
I never thought I was about to witness THE BEST show of my life. Every time I remember how those first beats of Ghostmother changed my mood instantly and how Last Time blew me 10 galaxies away, I get some serious goosebumps, the same kind I got when I played this song for the first time.
That 2017 show changed my life in many positive ways. I can’t wait to see you performing again, even if I have to go to another country for it.

I’ve seen Apparat too, alone, and it was a very similar experience at the end.
I always go to concerts with friends but some of the most significative ones in my life have been those where I went alone. There’s something special about you being there without any distractors, just yourself letting the sounds crawl over your skin, letting them talk to your soul while lights and visuals conversate with your brain in that language that makes you feel like there’s no time, no gravity; nothingness, just you.
The story I told is a good example of how no matter what you’re going through, music can make all the bad shit disappear.

Samee, I started when I was 15, I always listened them with my best friends. they bring me a lot of good memories, moderat is part of my life, now I'm 23 and my friends and I still love them.

After first watching this back in February I was shocked about the darkness of the sound and imagery. after more than 2 months of war it now feels more fitting than any other music imaginable for the current time.
A lot of real contemporary themes in the video, facial recognition software, the animosity we have for each other, huge levels of group thinking and following rather than leading. Nothing necessarily new to humanity, but definitely the modern adjustments we have made for ourselves.

It amazes me how this song didn't get the same recognition as A New Error or Rusty Nails. This is one pf their best songs, so simple yet so profound.

Moderat came back with an eery and powerful message about the data were unconsciously relinquishing in order to exist, and the difficulties associated with maintaining anonymity;and our behaviour, or inaction towards others' sometimes abusive behaviour online. So intuitively deep - I'm sure I've barely scratched the surface on this one.

The visions of crowds, and people with the black graphics of AI recognition software. Behavior is predictable by software, and while people fight, the rest of us look on. Soldiers trying to be stealthy but giving up once they notice the satellite already spying above. Massive clusters of data, and the image of the black hole, which in itself is just several images stitched together.
This blunt, depressive yet revealing take on reality is what keeps me coming back to you.

I feel as though I have been granted permission to go back in time and given the chance to discover and immerse myself in Apperat/ Moderat by experiencing their magic in person like thousands of fortunate fans who have have witnessed their live act over the past 2 decades. Better late than never. Im surprised that have no shows planned in New York or Philadelphia.

My only regret in life was that I did not manage to see Moderat live before they separated, and then life blessed me with this new unexpected tour.
I was fortunate to see them 5 or 6 times. They're not touring Scotland this time it seems but hopefully that changes :-)

I got crazy for moderat, I listen them every day, i discovered them and enjoy the really meaning of their album when i got mdma in netherlands (took it once and took me overwhelming my heart).
Now I discover their tour, am getting to their concert to enjoy my first concert, not because I couldn’t before but because i was waiting such a good artist to perform.

After 5 years of their last album and around 30 years of friendship they became 'RGB' with this masterpiece. They are pure frequencies now and in full spectrum beyond the limited range that we can hear.. While they're providing 'More Dat4' to us, shifting their physically and sonically identities into the whole. They become 'One' and invite us to join them.
