Out of passing interest, I have two 'newish' Bahco adjustables, an 8" 9031R & 10" 9072 RC... both of which are 4 thread. Even though I'm far from being an adjustable fanboy; must admit that both of the above are the best I've ever used.
I have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of tools on auction sites. Literally pennies on the dollar so I’m not concerned about a warranty.

It looks like there are date codes on the handle of the wrench near the end where the circle opening is.
3 thread wheel is Diamond Calk Horseshoe .. until 1958 . 4 thread wheel is Diamond Tool & Horsesho.. both of them are diamalloy rebranded

Im surprized you didnt notice the hanging holes differences ... look again they have different design .. look at the angles around hanging holes
