arcane strike can be toggled on for the benefit and then toggled off immediately just like bards songs and rage though i dont recommend unless you have tireless rage.

U talking about Vital Strike still in a Kingmaker theme. Mythic version acquired fast in this game, as fast as start of ACT 2 - makes miracles happen.
Fast example (2h greatsword warrior buffed):
All Kingmaker and wrath BEFORE mythic Vital strike with Vital MYTHIC:
Attack: 2d6+40 =AVG:47 - 94CRIT Attack: 2d6+40=AVG:47 - 94 CRIT
Vital Strike: (2d6 +2d6)+40 = AVG:54 - 108 CRIT Vital Strike: (2d6+40) + (2d6+40) = AVG:94 - 186 CRIT
improved Vital: (2d6 +2d6+2d6) +40 = AVG:61 - 122 CRIT Improved Vital: (2d6+40) + (2d6+40) + (2d6+40) = AVG:141 - 282 CRIT
Greater Vital Strike (2d6 +2d6+2d6 +2d6) +40 = AVG:68 - 136 CRIT Greater Vital Strike: (2d6+40) + (2d6+40) + (2d6+40) + (2d6+40) = AVG:188 - 376 CRIT
