Boring and boring. I am happy the owner love this house. It's a house not a home. Very showroom house, it's feel like a modern hotel space.
This home has some really cool, unique features, but I agree that it's lacking in personality.
Totally decadent. Has no warmth. It looks like a designer show house. Oh, it is one.
It’s a house designed solely to be listed for sale, this is why it is neutral and minimalist. The future buyer can inject their own personality.
It's very beautiful! The same "mood" can be realized in much much smaller houses or even appartements too! Wonderful 🎉

For a all white space, it's very dark, half the kitchen is in shadow. The dining room is small & what's the point of the open office on the main floor.
The basement is the only well lit space in the house.
I'm sure the budget was luxurious, but they ended up with 5000 SQ ft of Ambien.
The kitchen has a giant floor to ceiling window that seems to take up an entire wall. It's probably the camera.

The ceiling mounted faucet, built in wok and curved walls are quite interesting and different from the other homes seen on this channel. ❤

Boring, very suburban and beige. Got to believe that walk score in that neighborhood is 5, unsustainable blah.
Some of the elements are beautiful, but overall, it’s a yawn. So excessive. This channel and magazine are offering us aspirational living. But I found this home to be soulless and over the top.
I think its luxurious and reflects the big budget.

The Bespoke Group managed to design a house without any warmth or sense of home, not an achievement when you have 5000 square feet and unlimited cash at hand.

It would be so nice if they would shake it up a little bit and give us something with color and pattern.
It is well done. You should make walls more interesting like having some textures. If you use decorative plaster, microcement, thin slate, rocks walls it would be much much more sofisticated. You are using nothing more than paint. Pot lights on the ceiling is yesterday. Should use led tracks or linear. Rather than that it is good.
I don’t understand the traditional exterior and trims combined with all the mid century modern interior architectural features like the fireplaces and bathrooms. Just doesn’t have any harmony, and doesn’t capitalize on the tension and interest that can happen when melding two styles. Feels like an over saturation of boring Pinterest board ideas

What color are the walls painted? Very nice, but didn't like the bike in the foyer, the butler's pantry seemed a little excessive, and I would have liked to have some color on the walls in the form of some art, beautiful home office, and a to-die for lower level!
Amazing house. Too devoid of color and detail for me though, but excellently done. The family room is cozy even though it's very neutral. Love the glass that goes from transparent to opaque.
So you get your nightcap glass of wine in the alcove off the primary bedroom.... and then have no where to sit and enjoy it. A primary suite with no seating?? This home missed the mark for me.

Не понимаю таких маленьких столиков в ванной. Красиво. Не практично. Представляю моешься в ванной мыло падает, жидкое мыло скользит, тоже падает и до бесконечности хочешь принять душ и все время материшься. А так дизайн хорош. Плавные линии перетекают из одного в другое.

Boring boring boring there's no color there's no pattern The walls are white the molding is white The floor is the same color brown as the cabinetry sorry millwork. While the quality is evident I don't care for this home I'm glad the owners love it. Sorry i know these people worked hard. Like I said the quality is there.
Hard to imagine a real human life being lived in this dwelling. I would need to spend a lot of time away from the place to feel alive.
