Recently I got into a problem
I was looking for a house for March month, I paid the deposit for the first month but just after 30 mins of payment, I changed my mind and didn’t want to go to that house.
I told the owner about it, I have all the proofs.
He said as soon as he gets some other tenant, he will return me the deposit. So I helped him to get a new tenant.
Now he got a tenant through Facebook marketplace, I just got to know that she’s my friend.
So I messaged him but he’s ignoring me, I will call him in the morning but as he purposely lied to me, so I’m preparing to take a legal step.

To give you an example the average pay after tax is around 3.5K to 4K and then your monthly expenses if you have a family will be around 3K then you are not left with much in Hand. And this is getting expenses day by day.
