I think it's fine because that Ana player could easily have just left through another exit, the Leatherface blocking the exit is essentially out of the game making an alternative exit much easier.
The Leatherface blocking one exit when there are 3 others is a losing strategy, the Ana player could have just left out the rear exit like everyone was saying on the mics instead of trying to get a backstab like an idiot.
I hope new people start to realize halfway in of that body blocking that they should utilize that time to get away from him and go for another exit.

Hopefully never, fuse is already such a quick/easy escape that can be turned on again with 1 button tap & is near impossible to stop once its set up.
