6:29 The charms used here are as follows:
Defender's Crest: Causes a damaging stink cloud around the Knight
Mark of Pride: Increases the length of the nail, the Knight's weapon
Quick Slash: Faster attack speed
Unbreakable Strength: Straight up increases damage of the nail
The Knight then swaps the Defender's Crest for Nailmaster's Glory, reducing the charge time for nail arts (charging attacks)

Some additional charm information I noticed:
1. The Knight only has 10 charm notches rather than the max 11 you can get in Hollownest (my guess is that the last one is the one in the exploding bubble room in Fog Canyon).
2. The Knight doesn’t have Void Heart. They have yet to return to the Birthplace and turn the Kingsoul into Void Heart. They have not yet come to terms with their tragic conception and thus do not have any significant control over void. That means if they die and their Shade comes into this new world, it will be aggressive, forcing the Knight to rejoin with it and face with telling everyone more about them, including what they know about their creation, their purpose, and much of Hollownest’s history.
What can be pulled from this is that they are very late into their journey, having ventured throughout the fallen kingdom and beginning to reach the end of their story. Wether that means taking their place as the new Hollow Knight, or putting an end to the infection once and for all, one thing is for certain; I am very excited for what is to come with this comic.
