Twice 1st Japanese release was 2018 but their contract satered on 2017 then 5th anniversary is for their Japanese journey, that explains with Celebrate as title and they all wrote the lyrics along with JYP himself.
yeah i think they referenced fanfare with the trumpet, a donut for doughnut, the hashtag for fake and true ( I think ), the boombox for happy happy and breakthrough, the bulldozer and the little toy for BDZ. Thats all I could get from that.

There were even a few shots that are very reminiscent of the Korean Title tracks that have Japanese MVs. And I'm with you, I personally like their Japanese tracks better than their Korean tracks..
The M/V is a nod to their previous JP releases (Trumpet for "Fanfare", bulldozer for "BDZ", tennis racket for "One More Time", lollipop for "Candy pop", the radio/stereo and their official/unofficial mascot "The Lovelies" for "Breakthrough" and "Happy Happy", the gem/diamond for Fake & True. You can see various throwbacks on the sets and their costumes from their songs "Brand new girl", "Wake me up" and "I want you back'.
