    • @Serenity113
      @Serenity113 3 года назад +358

      @Park Jiminie The film is about the investigation of the Zodiac killer that hunted around the San Francisco Bay area during the late 60s, early 70s. In this scene, he killed the woman but the man survived. He doesn't seem to have a motive, he just likes to kill. The zodiac killer was always masked, he left letters to the police, 4 that were written in ciphers(only one has been solved). In the movie you follow along the main characters of figuring out who the Zodiac killer is but in the end no one knows who he is. To this day, it hasn't been solved and it's still open to investigation. They still haven't even de-ciphered his other letters. His letters and murders stopped in 1974.

    Horror movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Psycho, and Silence of the Lambs were inspired by the story Ed Gein. Very frustrating that they showed the twist to the film The guest. That is a film that needs to be experienced and discovered, not spoiled.
    It's a shame cuz they don't even have any context to David's kills in that film. Such a shame!

    One of you requested suggestions for zombie movies from around the world. My 3 suggestions are Night of the Living Dead (US 1968), Zombieland (US 2009) and Shaun of the Dead (UK 2004)

    Most of the most memorable movie 'serial killer' character's are based or draw inspiration from one actual real life serial killer named Ed Gein.

    There's this excellent Korean movie named No Mercy (2010)
    I don't usually feel any guttural feelings or emotions in a movie, but that one was brutal.

    The fact that they didn’t tell them the zodiac is a real serial killer who was never caught is such a missed opportunity for a reaction

    For Se7en, they should've showed them Gluttony or Lust. From an overall perspective, the end scene for Envy and Wrath is great, but that probably wouldn't fit in this video as well.

    I hope you explained the real life stories behind the films. Makes it scarier. Zodiac was never identified and some think he killed way more people...he may even be killing today.

    Slasher films are my favorite. These were a weird mix of reality-based films and Michael Myers though...who is a fictional horror slasher. 🤔 Michael Myers, Freddy, Ghostface, Jason. That’s what they need.
