- Star Voyager is the newest thrill ride at Marineland in Niagara Falls, Canada. This is the first Zierer star shape in North America and it inverts riders nearly 100 feet above the ground.
That was a cool unique video. Thanks for riding it for your viewers that would never ride it. 😅
Also, CC when you return to Energylandia, tell the owners you know a great place to plant a coaster garden once they run out of room there 😏.
You're welcome!
Ugh, Marineland hasn't changed, since I went there, when I was 12. That was 34 years ago.
At least they got a new thrill ride.
Agreed. Still a shithole lol
I love how the ride has a "sinister SOUND" Also a bit of foreboding, then the stall at the top and you hear the insects "songs". Then up down and twirl aRoUnD!
The stall caught me off-guard.
I will say, though, that it gives a nice view of the park, when it is on the top.
Sure does.
Between this and the 'Magic' POV video, it's like watching a sim.
Were you the only person in Marineland when filming these? It looks like you're riding these as they're being tested for the day.
This park had staggered openings. I got the first public cycle for this and Magic. The park was super dead in the back half.
Looks like a fun ride
It is.
I went on this today 😄😄😄
Nice!
I'm surprised this park hasn't closed yet. It looks like a good opportunity if the economy was better for six flags or another theme park operator to come in and revamp this park. Get rid of the marine shows and make it a destination park with new rides, coasters, etc.
SeaWorld buying this would be interesting.
I would love more parks here in America to add these I would love to ride one
Me too.
Well I don't mind Kingda Ka or Mavrick or Riddlers revenge etc. He'll No on This !!! 😂
I like this ride.
@@CanobieCoaster It looks awesome Thanks for posting . 👌 .
@@CanobieCoaster it's so much fun it looks a lot scarier then it actually is
This was built on the site of a former Topple Tower. Are any of those rides still in existence?
I rode one at Bellewaerde last year.
i went on that i think i screamed higher than 120db
Wow!
Everytime I check the website it says this ride is not available
I must have gotten lucky last year.
it's gonna open Friday
It seems like some of their rides open later in the operating season
i wonder why the gondolas don´t flip as much as in the mobile version, like the High Energy or Air
Probably the park's decision how they run it.
@@CanobieCoaster dunno.. afaik, the gondolas don´t feature any breaks that prevent them from flipping. perhaps it´s a new design or a new feature in these new generation of Star Shapes.. idk
@@Zamperla They had to renovate one of the travelling star shapes because it had stress from the flipping and they added brakes to that. So probably those brakes are in these new built ones too
@@shroomyesc I see.. well, that's sad. It now looks boring and dull imo..
@@Zamperla it was Air what was renovated
Recorded horizontally😀👍
Yes
It didn’t even look like their was an operator in the control booth!
There was.
I went on this yesterday and my stomach felt so werid after the ride
It's a fun ride.
Ya it is fun
The ride looks incredible, but that is one quick cycle. It's got *nothing* on Europe!
Ironically, it was better than the one star shape I've ridden in Europe.
@@CanobieCoaster which star shape in europe did u ride?
@@Memme-gw5rd There are a couple park versions of these in Europe, Skyline park, Liseberg at least
Very noisy ride
It didn't seem too bad to me.
