Hello PTCello, I got this cello almost 20 years ago in Russia. I showed it to several prominent experts, but nobody can tell me who made it. Some suggested it was italian, some that it was made in Germany, others told me it is has french origins. I am not very upset about it - this is my voice I was fortunate to find. Here is recording equipment I am using www.amazon.com/shop/cellopedia?listId=3A7R350YN2L0F
I love this piece! You help me a lot when it comes to piece like this. I put on headphone and follow along with the slow version :) This piece is beautiful and I’m getting the hang of playing in treble clef too!
Wow!! *smiles* It'll take much much longer for my daughter to learn... ;) And it'll definitely be a great help, thank you!! Can't wait to show her this video :)

Hello, I am a Korean student practicing the performance. Can you tell me the performance tempo that I played in the beginning and the slow tempo that I played in the back? It's a little hard to practice.
@@이인규-j2v my suggestion is maybe like I’ve never played this I’ve only played the fourth mvm but this to my ear maybe fast part is 80-90 practice tempo and 60-70 slow part practice tempo. Hope this helps. Happy Halloween!
Cellopedia 🤣😂🤣🤣 I was married to a Russian. He was a viola player. He died two years ago. His name was Serguei Firsanov. An angel that unfortunately, you didn't have the privilege to know. Well, our "marriage" was only an "arrangement". I wanted to help him stay in my country teaching music -- he had his wife in Russia. Violist too. 💞 So I did that for a friend who was much more than a friend. He will always be my father, my Master and my best of the best friends. But God was too jealous of our love for him!. He was taken from us too soon. He was loved by all his students and friends. We all miss him very much. He taught music for more than 30 years in Brazil. He created a big musical project that still goes on... teaching music for children of the slams. There is an orchestra now with the children he taught himself. Some of his students are playing around the world... even in Russia! He left many compositions, music arrangements... he worked daily till late at night on the piano. Conposing without end, without rest... Sometimes it looks like he is playing the piano here, in my mindm... 😭😢 There isn't a day that I don't think about my Master. But I know he is always with me. From time to time he visits me in my dteams and we talk... His daughter is now in Vienna, she is a viola player too. Very talented like her parents! Yes, my dear, I would love you even if you played nothing! 💖 Take care. And remember: The world needs you. 😘
@@marleneorein9484 Oh, this is breathtaking story. Thank you for sharing it with me. We would never achieve much, if we would not have wonderful people in our life who inspired us to live up to their standards.
What cello and bow are you using? And what recording equipment?

Hello! Unfortunately, I can not give you bpm number since I was not using a metronome when I was recording it.
