So, the chemical composition of A1 and A2 milk is different, which depends on the breed of the cow. As explained in the video, regular milk contains both A1 and A2 beta casein but A2 milk contains only A2 beta casein. Making it the healthier choice.

What you are saying is not the reality that was a correlation study not a causation stidues and correlation studies are mostly misleading and the researchers you are talking about that is author of the research mentioned there is a need for larger confirmation of participants as the sample size was only 41 of which only 10 reported intolerance to commercial cow milk upon administration of 750 ml a day.
With due respect sir the time when research studies are also not completely believable
